Joseph Yamaner is an exceptional lawyer he worked diligently over 5 years to help me settle my sons' father estate. It was a very complex situation and he was very patient and thorough every step of the way. I walked in to a very unfamiliar situation and he made sure things were handled accordingly. Mr. Joseph Yamaner, was highly recommended by a family member, I live out of State I came to NY I met with Mr Yamaner at his Office. I had a unique and complicated case, I had to sell my Family home of 66 years bitter sweet, I had a very pleasant interaction meeting with him along with everyone in the office they were exceptionally welcoming. I solely worked with Mr. Yamaner and Cynthia his paralegal who was very efficient and pleasant to work with Mr. Yamaner represented me close to 2 years because of COVID I was also told call him Joseph, that works for me. I felt comfortable with the process we took action that day, the courts were slowly opening up with a tremendous bag log which didn't stop him. Joseph, works his Magic thru Surrogate's Court he doesn't take no for an answer but yes to a challenge, he is what you would call a seasoned Attorney. The reviews stated he will make time for his clients, by emailing, phone calls, day or night even abroad, while waiting to become Administrator of my Mother's Estate, my sister and I were sued in Supreme Court about the Estate. I now have to hire him to represent me in Supreme Court, I told him not on my watch this will not happen now I'm livid, I became his Law partner in my mind (laugh) only because he has taught me so much about NY laws and much more. I started researching and giving him excellent answers to his questions I became his student, sometimes he felt like my father scolding me at times he kept me on my toes. Joseph went above and beyond to make my sister and I whole, I was made Administrator, we Won in Supreme Court, I sold the Estate this January I walked away very pleased proud and my head held high thanks to Mr. Yamaner .
