I hired Joseph Kaminsky in 2017 for family court. I had a court date for child support. At that time I had been doing sober housing for people in recovery. I was having trouble figuring it out how much I was making per month. I asked Joe if he could figure it out for me to bring to court. He said he would. I showed up to Family Court and he had the same pile of paperwork that I gave him to figure out. I had given him $3000. He said he would do my whole family court case for that amount and no hourly rate. I ended up getting stuck paying 2,675.00 a month child support for another two years. Fast forward to May 2022 I needed some quick representation. I had a long and brutal divorce so I kind of forgot how he did me back then. He once again said that he would work for me for $3000 and if I went to trial, he may ask for more. I can’t count how many times now he has said he would call me back and days turned into weeks. I finally hired another attorney. He promised me he would give me the money back that I gave him and to this day he has been dodging my phone calls. Thanks Joe…… 👍🏻 What a standup guy! He looks like such a sweet old man. Don’t let him fool you. If it’s important to you to have good representation he is not the one. PS If you never end up paying me back, Joe, why don’t you take some of that money and at least custom tailor those suits that are five times too big on you. One last thing, he will smile and lie to your face.
Great lawyer at a great price. Joe really helped me out. His compassion and kind demeanor added a softness and reassuredness to the realities of my situation. I don't know much about lawyers or law or anything but he seemed to know what he was talking about. I found Joe to be responsive and was quick to prescribe an effective legal argument which in the end lessened the severity of my charges.
Please do your research before hiring this man he’s been disciplined and lost his license. Several times he’s dishonest, extremely forgetful missed several court dates of mine, didn’t file paperwork. I told him it to never prepared for a hearing. If you look at his other reviews, you’ll see the same thing and no, I did not get convicted of a crime I fired him before. My freedom was at Jeopardy any further, but please do your research on this man he should not be practicing law anywhere he’s not fit to run a lemonade stand
Joe is my go to guy I trust his judgment and he will definitely do what he can to get you the best possible outcome as long as you do your part and be honest with anything he may ask and he even makes time to meet on a Sunday! so I will continue to refer anyone who is in need of help idk what me or others I've referred would do without you buddy I appreciate you Joe
Joe is got the experience you need to pritty much any issues you have with the law and is easy to talk to as long as you do your part it goes a long way to just be on time dress appropriately for court and be as respectfull open honest to Joe and do.what your suppose to if you fall get up
