However, the provided information also includes two customer reviews that offer contrasting perspectives. One review, from Anne Cridler, details concerns regarding estate planning services provided to her sister. This review raises serious questions about the firm's handling of a client's will amendment, particularly concerning a client with early dementia and the subsequent changes made after the sister's relocation. The review suggests a lack of diligence in ensuring the client's original wishes were honored and expresses disappointment with the outcome for intended charities.

The second review is strongly negative, describing the law group as "not reliable" and "very passive." The reviewer cites extreme delays in returning phone calls, poor advisement, a perceived focus on upselling services, and dissatisfaction with the firm's communication and handling of a request for a letter of reconsideration and an appeal. The reviewer uses strong language, characterizing the firm as a "five and dime law group with expensive billing" and accusing them of using "ambiguous inflammatory language."

Given these reviews, it is crucial for potential clients to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging Johnson Law Group International, PLLC. While the firm's name suggests expertise in international law, these personal accounts raise significant concerns about their client communication, reliability, and the quality of their legal services in at least some areas of practice.

Features that one might typically expect from a law firm include experienced attorneys, a commitment to ethical representation, and a thorough understanding of the relevant legal fields. However, the provided reviews cast doubt on the consistent delivery of these features by Johnson Law Group International, PLLC, at least in the experiences of these two reviewers.

My sister lived on Capitol Hill 40+ years and was a client of Brad Johnson , Johnson Law Group. Her will April 2013-April 2021 had a life long friend as Personal Representative and her sister was listed if needed. August 2021 she went to Brads office and changed her will for Brad Johnson to be Personal Representative and a brother . Early dementia was moving in to her life. She did not take her friend the Personal Representative when she changed will 2021 to Brad Johnson . If allowed with confidentiality rules. I suggest a lawyer encourage a client to have the original Personal Representative join the meeting. The brother sold my sisters home 2022 and took her to Michigan . He then took her for a new will and voided the 50% to charities. Judy died early 2024 and her beloved charities received no money yet distant brother got $600,000. Tread lightly with we Baby Boomers and our “ forgetfulness “ so that our wishes are honored. Thanks for your time Anne Cridler

Avoid! Not reliable! Very passive law group. Extreme delay returning phone calls, two weeks! Poor advisement! Not for client! Up sell services. Five and dime law group with expensive billing. Used ambiguous inflammatory language to sabotage my request for letter of reconsideration. Refuse to apply for appeal, but badly badgered the D. C. Superior Court in letter. BAD LAW GROUP!

Based on my recent experience, Brad is a very dishonest and a sleazy attorney. I do not recommend him or his firm to anyone. Thank god I have email communications recording his incompetency, dishonesty, and outrageous behavior. In my experience, all he cares about is draining client's pocket and as he says it is the American system. I filed a complaint against him with the D.C. Bar Office of Disciplinary Counsel as I could not let him get away with what he has done. You can always obtain a copy of my complaint and the supporting emails by submitting a FOIA request to D.C. Office of Disciplinary Counsel to decide for yourself. Lastly, if you decide to use him, do not trust anything he says and get everything in writing in a clear language. Don't be a fool...I feel defrauded and exploited.

Absolutely horrible company! Brad is extremely unprofessional, rude and unscrupulous. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me in regards to assistance to standing up an LLC , writing an indemnify letter and an operation agreement. By the time I heard back from them I had stood up the llc myself and they didn’t even start the other requests . They completely forgot about everything! Only when I called back was when they again took another week to write me the letter and the operating agreement. The operating agreement had countless errors the wrong business name and line of business plan and they still charged me for it! It took 4 months for him to return my call after that. After telling him I didn’t receive half the work as promised I was charged $1000 for an indemnify letter and an incomplete operating agreement and the llc he never created which is absurd. Stay away from this company.
