Mr. Yim and his associates are trusted, reliable, responsible and knowledgeable law firm. I have hired many lawyers for business related legal services. However, Mr. Yim did most satisfied works over many cases which are negotiation of lease, selling and buying businesses and clearing lawsuits from other parties. Overall, John has saved me with lots of time and money at the same time. He has your answer and you can rely on his word.
My office used John Yim to negotiate our business office lease. I contacted him when I found out we were technically past our window of renewal so I was worried we would either lose our space or be forced to accept higher than market price for our space. With his wisdom and tact in negotiating with our landlord we ended up with a lease that saves us over $1000 a month. I have no doubt that without him I would have been stuck with paying a lot more. Over a $1000 a month with a 7 year lease? You do the math, I would definitely recommend him.
