His office failed to do a proper title search in 1988. Then he failed to do a proper title search in 2022. Misfeasance or malfeasance? I would not recommend this guy for anything. It has been two months and least one more to get title insurance to correct it. I've had to lowery selling price to keep my buyer. I've lost interest income and more taxes. Go to agency title on Dixie hwy. They know how to be competent.
