All of these comments about Jerry are horrible and untrue. Thirteen years ago he honestly told me that I could end up deported if he were to start the process for my permanent residency. I took the risk and thank God first and Jerry who supported me through the court process I obtained my green card at that time and I have been a citizen for 8 years now. He even encouraged me to personally process all of my next steps to attain my citizenship and I did it on my own. Also, I always processed my wife's TPS renewals without ever having a single problem, eventually I applied to adjust her status which gave her the green card and 3 years later on June 24, 2023 her citizenship. Jerry, thank you very much for all of your honesty and true support when I needed it most. Sincerely. J.G.
This guy doesn’t even deserve one star. He completely robbed my mother. We have come to find out with another lawyer that he has done absolutely nothing to being the process for getting my mothers citizenship. My father paid this man 3K to do nothing?? On top of that he was telling my mom she had to fill out forms that were going to take up to 5 HOURS and if she messed something up it would backtrack her process. She confronted him about that and asked isn’t that what we paid you to do? He had the nerve and audacity to say no and I’m going to charge you a lot of money for that?? As if he didn’t already charge my parents a lot of money! Absolutely ridiculous. This man is a THIEF and LIAR. DO NOT PAY THIS MAN ANYTHING. Trust me he is not worth it!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to someone who will actually help you and do their job. Receptionist is also very rude I can’t remember her name. She also had some nerve to snap back at my mother. My mother was nothing but polite and even said “I know it’s not your fault I’m just disappointed in this man’s behavior with me”. So all around TERRIBLE service and HORRIBLE people. I’m disgusted with these type of people. My parents did not deserve this whatsoever. He didn’t even have the decency to come out and explain himself to my mother when she came to get any paperwork he had on her case. I’ll say it once more this man is a THIEF! Please look elsewhere for whatever you need.
I am Disgusted, horrified, appalled and outraged by the service of this dishonest person lawyer if that's how he call himself, Jerry Wolf Stuchiner and his office with "O" customer service and please please RUN AWAY as fast as you can if you want success in your case and to not be mistreated. We trust him with our immigration case he did not follow on his end of the agreement to help get residency, we paid him lots of money, he did not do anything good or fallow our case status from the beginning, all letters does not included his name or his logo. He is a very dishonest and disrespectful to his clients, at the end we had to find another lawyer to finish our case, overall he is demeaning and not helpful at all. I now find him reproachable and his treatment of respectable clients is unacceptable in any service.
If i could give zero i would. My brother had his case with jerry for 10 years and at the end he messed his case up and sent wrong information and just left his case to end with no explanation or answer to him. He kept asking for money saying his case was advancing until finally we discovered he dismissed the case, He did not want to give him his paerwork back and he just took the money and ruined him to not quialify anymore. I really do not recommend you going to this firm that does not give you answers, does nothing to help your case or advance it and just feed of people's hope to be someone in this country!!
My dad and uncles spent thousands with this lawyer to end up with no progress at all. When my uncle was arrested and we went to his office he yelled at us and said he wasn’t going to be his lawyer forever. When my dad was facing deportation he also yelled in my face and said to get over it, that there was nothing we could do. Don’t know how he’s still a lawyer. My uncle has gotten another lawyer and has made more progress in a few months than he did with this lawyer in 6 years. Don’t waste your time or money.
