Peter helped my fiance and I close on our house a few years ago. He was absolutely everything you could ask for. He was professional, but at the same time spoke human. Would 100% recommend to any friend or family.

Peter helped my wife and I with our Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, and Living Wills. He was thorough and helped wrote them in a way that would not require us to revisit him as our family grew.

Mr. Jensen represented us in a real estate purchase. When it became obvious the builder was going to default by failing to build our house, I asked Mr. Jensen what we should do next, he said "....If the deal fails completely, the best and most cost effective option is to declare the deal cancelled and I will return your deposit...." The deal did fail completely so we did as Mr. Jensen advised....we told the builder the contract was cancelled. Mr. Jensen then changed his mind and refused to return our deposit money stating, "the builder must give him permission to release our money". Mr. Jensen told us even though the builder defaulted on the contract, a judge would have to declare the contract cancelled. Mr. Jensen is still holding our deposit money, and even though the builder violated the contract he refuses to return our money. Our current options are: pay the builder thousands of dollars to release us from the contract he violated, or pay an attorney thousands to take the builder to court. In both cases, we lose thousands of dollars and are left with no new house. In my opinion Mr. Jensen failed to provide proper legal representation - his advice was fragmented and inconsistent which left us with an awful legal situation.
