He listens, retains what you share with him, and then feeds back concise powerful wisdom and legal facts with certainty and sincerity. As a result, after each time I speak with him, I have clarity, I learn something new, and walk away with confidence about the path we’re on. Before I found Mr. Jenkins, I’d been through two terrible experiences with previous Attorneys. Both of those lackluster experiences left me in a situation that was dire and in a state of disarray. Mr. Jenkins immediately grasped the injustice I was facing and with fervor he told me he knew he could turn things around and win. Erik Jenkins and April Hu did an excellent job of representing me in my child custody case. They were aggressive in their litigation with the petitioner and her counsel and made decisions that were in the best interests of my family and my child resulting in a 50/50 custody schedule. Previous judges and our mediator had made my path to extend visitation with my child very difficult and the representation I had had in the past was not the caliber that was necessary. Erik and April were able to navigate through the conflict and the result was increased time with my child. I my case he was very firm, fair and consistent and looked out for my best interest but more important the best interest of my son with his recommendation and detail he presented in my case.
