Do not use this law firm ! They are scam artists who pray on vulnerable consumers .they ask for a deposit and then proceed to tell you that they will not file your case until they are paid in full . We found another lawyer who was more than willing to work with a schedule payment plan and file are case at the same time . When asked for the deposit to be returned we were informed that it was non refundable and no matter what he was our attorney. Then he proceeded to beg and plead with us to continue with him as our attorney. No contact was signed stating that he was our lawyer and that he would handle the case .we would like our money back but he refuses to give ot to us .

Horrible, Horrible experience I had to do all the leg work getting paperwork together, then when I did they magically lost most of the paperwork or found it after I got it all together again. They rescheduled my trustee meeting so many times, I am assuming due to the attorney that they were going to dismiss my case! I then had a trustee meeting that they never informed me about, the rescheduled date, missed that meeting due to not even knowing it was rescheduled. Now I am sure my case has been dismissed, yet not a peep from the office, yet trustee payments are still coming out of my check. Do your research, stear clear of these attorneys, I am hiring a new attorney and they have already informed me that this is a mess they got me into, do not waste your time or money on Jenkins & Clayman, especially if you are in pre-foreclose etc

Once I gave them the documents they needed, it was smooth sailing from there. I didn't want to stress about filing for bankruptcy and they made it easy so I wouldn't.
