I visited their office couple of weeks ago, If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism here is unbelievable—especially from Jaspreet. Basic manners and customer respect seem completely missing. People have been waiting for him for over a week, and when he finally shows up, he can’t even get off his phone—probably busy checking TikTok likes instead of handling his business. To make it worse, the staff around him seem clueless. It’s painfully obvious Jaspreet is spoon-feeding them every little thing, and even then, nothing gets done properly. How is this place even running? If this is the standard of service, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Total waste of time and energy
Be careful, these people will take money but they would never answer your call, you would keep calling them on different numbers but they will never respond to it. I called them 100 times, also sent them text messages on whatsaap, they would see it and still wont respond. They asked you to schedule an appointment and you will still be waiting for 2 hours to get one thing from them . I would not give any star if there was an option. I AM VERY PISSED. TERRIBLE SERVICE
I wanted to change my lawyer after knowing how irresponsible he is. I paid $1000 in advance and wanted a refund because I didn’t let him process the application. I stopped the process immediately. So, basically he did nothing. And now they are not giving me my money back. I called several times at the office and their response was come and meet jaspreet attorney because only he can refund my money but I can’t come because of my work in Montana. My friend went there and they didn’t give him my money and said, come later when jaspreet is here. It’s been couple of months and they are keep saying that knowing that I can’t come because of my work. And they rarely answer the phone calls as well. Apart from this, their guy in New York who makes the applications and write all the details about clients, made several huge mistakes. My date of birth was incorrect, my addresses were incorrect and many more things and even without my confirmation he sent the application to process the case. Like without my confirmation. Thankfully, I called him and withdrew my application, stopped it from processing. If you’re reading this, please, choose any other lawyer but not this one 🙏. Otherwise, it would be like taking an axe and hitting it on your own feet.
