The office of James G. Anderson, P.C., situated on East 2nd Avenue in Aurora, suggests a professional environment within a commercial area. This location likely offers accessibility for clients in the central part of Aurora. The presence of a physical address indicates a local establishment providing in-person legal consultations and services.

Based on the available online reviews, client experiences with James G. Anderson, P.C., appear to be focused on administrative and payment-related interactions rather than the legal services themselves. One reviewer, who stated they had been calling to make payments for years, initially praised a staff member named Shandra for being "very helpful and pleasant to speak to." However, this positive experience reportedly changed with the introduction of a new staff member named Shannon, identified as the "office manager." The reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with Shannon's customer service skills and tone, describing their interactions as "very unpleasant."

Another reviewer echoed difficulties related to making payments, stating that it was "hard to make payments when no one answers the phones." This client also reported an inability to set up automatic payments. While the firm reportedly expressed a willingness to help with payment plans, this reviewer felt that the firm did not genuinely support the plan when it came to processing the payments. Despite these issues, the reviewer noted that when they were able to reach someone on the phone, approximately 75% of the time the representative was at least nice.

The services offered by James G. Anderson, P.C., are not explicitly detailed in the provided information. However, as a law firm listed under "Nearby Lawyers," it can be reasonably inferred that they provide legal representation and services in one or more areas of law. Without specific mention of practice areas in the reviews, it is not possible to objectively determine their legal specializations. Potential clients would need to contact the firm directly to inquire about the types of legal matters they handle.

The features of James G. Anderson, P.C., as perceived through the lens of the limited reviews, present a mixed picture primarily concerning their administrative and payment processes. A former staff member, Shandra, was noted for her helpfulness and pleasant demeanor. However, a current staff member, Shannon, who holds the position of office manager, received negative feedback regarding customer service skills and tone. The firm reportedly expresses a willingness to work with payment plans but faces criticism for difficulties in answering phones and processing payments. The inability to set up automatic payments is also a notable administrative aspect mentioned by a client. On a more positive note, when clients do manage to speak with a representative, the majority are described as nice.

The environment at James G. Anderson, P.C., as inferred from the client feedback, seems to have elements of both positive and negative aspects, at least concerning the administrative side. The past presence of helpful and pleasant staff suggests a potentially positive client interaction environment. However, the issues with phone responsiveness and the negative experience with the current office manager indicate potential challenges in the firm's administrative efficiency and customer service standards. These factors could impact a client's overall experience with the firm, even if the legal services provided are of high quality.

In terms of promotional information, the provided reviews do not offer any positive aspects that could be considered promotional. Instead, they highlight significant concerns regarding the firm's administrative and payment processes, particularly the difficulty in contacting the office and the negative experience with the current office manager. These issues could deter potential clients. The only slightly positive note is that when clients do get through to a representative, the majority are described as nice, suggesting that some staff members still maintain a positive client interaction approach.

For local users in Aurora seeking a "Nearby Lawyer," James G. Anderson, P.C., presents a situation where the available feedback focuses on administrative challenges rather than the quality of legal services. The difficulties reported with making payments and the negative experience with the office manager are significant points of concern. Potential clients should be aware of these reported issues and may want to inquire specifically about the firm's payment processes and client communication protocols before engaging their services. While the reviews do not comment on the legal expertise of the attorneys at James G. Anderson, P.C., the administrative challenges highlighted could impact the overall client experience. It would be prudent for prospective clients to contact the firm directly at (303) 343-4504 or +1 303-343-4504 to discuss their legal needs and also to inquire about their administrative and payment procedures to ensure they are comfortable before proceeding.

Given the absence of information regarding the firm's legal specializations and the negative feedback concerning administrative aspects, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive recommendation. Local users should weigh the potential inconvenience of the reported administrative issues against their specific legal needs and consider whether to seek further assurances or explore alternative legal options in the Aurora area. The contrast between the positive memory of a former staff member and the negative experience with the current office manager suggests potential inconsistencies in the firm's client service approach.

I’ve been calling to make payments for years now, Shandra was always very helpful and pleasant to speak to. The last couple of times I’ve called a new person would answer the phone. This new person is Shannon and she is the “office manager”. Shannon needs to have better customer service skills and low down her tone when she speaks to people. Very unpleasant to have to deal with an individual with that attitude.

I try to make payments but it's hard to make payments when no one answers the phones. You can't set up an auto payment either. They say they are willing to help with payment plans, but then essentially don't care for the plan and don't want to help you when it actually comes to taking the payments. When you actually can get someone on the phone, 75% of the time the representative is nice at least.

I would absolutely not recommend anybody to call these people, the worst customer service of all time. I called frustrated about a substantial hidden fee that was billed to me after fulfillment of a previous bill. Not only did I engage in a full on argument with them, they actually continued to talk over me while I was speaking. If a company is taking money from you, then you deserve the respect to be heard! it's their job to calm the situation. Not elevate it.

The secretary ( Maria) or whomever answers the phone is extremely rude and unkind. They have a tendency to talk down to you or have a condescending tone whenever they speak with you. I always feel very uncomfortable reaching out to them as I don’t know the tone of the conversation that they have chosen for the day. They are not at all easy to do business with and will make you feel bad about whatever it is you’re calling them for. Proceed with extreme caution or take your business elsewhere. Kindness and Consideration are clearly not a part of their virtues.
