One reviewer states that Mr. Haggerty "failed to uphold our agreement for representation," resulting in the loss of their personal injury case. This is a serious accusation that suggests a significant breakdown in the attorney-client relationship and a detrimental outcome for the client.

Another reviewer describes being "assured for a very long time that he was still representing me and working on my case, until eventually being ghosted completely." This indicates a severe lack of communication and unprofessional conduct, leaving the client without representation and potentially jeopardizing their legal matter. The reviewer explicitly mentions that had they been aware of the situation, they would have sought alternative legal counsel.

The same reviewer further expresses a sense of betrayal, stating that Mr. Haggerty "betrayed his oath, and he let me down, seemingly with no remorse." This emotional statement underscores the profound disappointment and negative impact experienced by the client due to the alleged actions of the attorney.

Adding to these concerns, the reviewer mentions contact with Mr. Haggerty's assistant, who reportedly "apologized profusely without offering any explanation or information as to why she was apologizing," followed by a complete cessation of communication ("radio silence"). This lack of explanation and subsequent ghosting further highlights a breakdown in professional conduct and client communication.

James Haggerty failed to uphold our agreement for representation, and I suffered from the loss of my personal injury case as a result. I was assured for a very long time that he was still representing me and working on my case, until eventually being ghosted completely. If I had realized what was happening, I would have sought other representation. He betrayed his oath, and he let me down, seemingly with no remorse. The last I heard from his assistant, she apologized profusely without offering any explanation or information as to why she was apologizing. After that, radio silence. Shame on you, James Haggerty. With that many years as an accomplished attorney, you should know better.
