Mr. Clark does not have an Office in this Building. His name is not on the Building Directory. If a Person would pay to Park and go to see Him. They would waste money and time. There are Offices to Rent here. He has an Office at His Home and possibly one at Ivan and Associates on Osborn Rd. I and many others rely on the accuracy of Google Maps. There is a Mail forwarding company which would forward Mail to Him. But unless He pays for a The Rental Office . The listing of Hours and Presumption He Physically works here is Totally False. It's an ethical question and the age old deceptive practice appear to be something your not. It's perplexing because what is reaoning behind that. So two people believe it a day or two. But You've lost credibility with them for life. Guess We had to have One Ethically Challenged Member of the Family. It's not funny or a phase . If Kids cheat at Board games as Children. It's a Predictor without early intervention. The Cute as some described it. Disappeared many many years ago. Sadness and real damage took it's place.

It would sound to incredible to believe. But this "Attorney" smoozed My Father who had Alzheimer's and actually stole My Inheritance. Mr Clarks Mother ended up being the Executor. When are you going to tell your Grandmother you lied about Her husband having nothing? She's 92 now. Just going to wait it out? You don't even visit Her at all. You are not a nice human being.

About J. Clark Law Firm
Navigating the legal landscape in Phoenix, Arizona, requires diligent research and careful consideration when selecting an attorney. For individuals and families seeking legal counsel, especially in sensitive areas like estate planning or managing family affairs, the choice of a lawyer can have profound and lasting impacts. This article aims to provide an objective overview of J. Clark Law Firm, based on publicly available information and client feedback, to help local users in the Arizona region make informed decisions about their legal representation.
The legal profession operates on a foundation of trust, transparency, and ethical conduct. When seeking legal services, especially for personal and critical matters, verifying the credentials, physical presence, and professional integrity of an attorney is paramount. The information presented here reflects public data and client experiences related to J. Clark Law Firm to offer a comprehensive picture for those in Arizona considering their services.
It is important to note that the provided client reviews raise significant concerns regarding the firm's physical office presence and ethical practices. One reviewer explicitly states, "Mr. But unless He pays for a The Rental Office. The listing of Hours and Presumption He Physically works here is Totally False." This feedback highlights a potential discrepancy between the listed address and the actual physical presence of the law firm.
Another review raises serious ethical questions, stating, "It would sound too incredible to believe. You are not a nice human being." This second review, if factual, alleges severe professional misconduct and potential exploitation of a vulnerable individual.
According to the provided information, the listed address for J. Clark Law Firm is 2 N Central Ave 18TH FLOOR, Phoenix, AZ 85004, USA. This address is located in a prominent building in downtown Phoenix, an area typically associated with numerous professional offices and legal firms.
For individuals in Phoenix and the surrounding Arizona communities, a downtown location often implies good accessibility via public transportation, including the Valley Metro Light Rail, and numerous parking facilities. However, as noted in one of the client reviews, there are significant concerns regarding the actual physical presence of J. Clark Law Firm at this stated address. The reviewer claims that Mr. Clark's name is not on the building directory and suggests that the listed hours and the presumption of a physical office at this location might be misleading. Instead, the reviewer indicates the possibility of a home office or an arrangement with another firm for an office.
Given these concerns, it is strongly advised that any prospective client in Arizona who is considering J. Clark Law Firm verify the actual physical office location and confirm the availability of in-person meetings at the listed address before traveling or making any commitments. Ensuring that an attorney maintains a verifiable and active professional office location is a basic, yet crucial, step in establishing trust and ensuring reliable communication.
The provided information does not explicitly detail the specific legal services offered by J. Clark Law Firm. Without a list of practice areas, it is challenging for potential clients in Arizona to understand if the firm's expertise aligns with their particular legal needs.
Based on the nature of the client reviews, which mention "inheritance" and "Alzheimer's," it is possible that J. Clark Law Firm may have historically engaged in, or presented themselves as offering, services related to:
-
Estate Planning: This typically includes drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
-
Probate Administration: Assisting with the legal process of validating a will and distributing assets after someone's passing.
-
Elder Law: Addressing legal issues pertinent to older adults, such as elder abuse, guardianship, and protection of assets.
-
Family Law: Although less direct, inheritance disputes can sometimes fall under broader family law categories.
However, without direct confirmation from the firm regarding their official practice areas, this remains speculative. For any local Arizona resident considering this firm, it is crucial to directly inquire about the specific legal services they offer and confirm that those services align with your requirements. Transparency about practice areas is a fundamental expectation when seeking legal counsel.
Based on the provided information, the "features" and "highlights" of J. Clark Law Firm, as perceived by some clients, raise significant concerns rather than positive attributes. When evaluating a law firm, key features typically include professionalism, responsiveness, ethical conduct, and a strong track record of positive client outcomes. However, the available reviews present a different picture:
-
Questionable Office Presence: A prominent concern highlighted by a reviewer is the alleged lack of a physical office at the listed downtown Phoenix address. This suggests a potential lack of transparency regarding the firm's operational structure, which can undermine client trust and raise logistical issues for in-person meetings or document handling.
-
Allegations of Ethical Lapses: The most severe highlight, or rather, a red flag, comes from a review alleging the attorney "smoozed My Father who had Alzheimer's and actually stole My Inheritance." This is an extremely serious accusation of unethical behavior, potentially involving elder exploitation and theft. Such allegations, if substantiated, would be in direct opposition to the core ethical standards expected of legal professionals.
-
Credibility Concerns: The reviewer explicitly states, "You've lost credibility with them for life." This indicates that the perceived lack of accuracy in representation (regarding office location) and alleged unethical actions have severely damaged client trust and the firm's reputation in the community.
-
Impact on Vulnerable Individuals: The mention of a father with Alzheimer's points to potential involvement with vulnerable populations. Attorneys are held to a higher standard when dealing with individuals who may have diminished capacity. The allegation of taking advantage of such a situation is a critical concern.
These points are presented not as definitive findings, but as serious allegations from public reviews that local Arizonans should be aware of when considering J. Clark Law Firm. When choosing a legal professional, these are critical areas of due diligence.
The provided information does not contain any details regarding promotions, special offers, or free consultations offered by J. Clark Law Firm. In the legal industry, it is common practice for firms to offer initial consultations, sometimes at no charge, to allow prospective clients to discuss their legal issues and assess whether the firm is a good fit for their needs.
Given the significant concerns raised in the client reviews about the firm's transparency and ethical conduct, if J. Clark Law Firm were to offer any promotions or special offers, potential clients in Arizona should exercise extreme caution. It is crucial to verify all aspects of such offers and ensure that they come with clear terms and no hidden conditions. Prioritizing ethical practice and verified professional standing should always precede any considerations of promotional pricing.
For any inquiries about services or potential offers, direct contact via the provided phone number would be necessary, but this must be accompanied by thorough independent verification of the firm's legitimacy and ethical standing.
For direct communication with J. Clark Law Firm, the following contact details are provided:
-

-
Mobile Phone: +1 602-343-1884
-
Address: 2 N Central Ave 18TH FLOOR, Phoenix, AZ 85004, USA
As previously highlighted, prospective clients should be aware of the concerns raised in public reviews regarding the accuracy of the physical office address. While phone contact can be a first step, verifying the firm's physical presence and conducting thorough due diligence before sharing sensitive personal or financial information is highly recommended.
Based on the provided public data and client reviews, it is essential for local users in Arizona to approach J. Clark Law Firm with extreme caution and undertake thorough independent verification. The provided information raises significant concerns that directly impact whether this firm can be considered "suitable" for locals seeking reliable and ethical legal representation.
The core pillars of trust in the legal profession—transparency, integrity, and client well-being—appear to be challenged by the public reviews. The allegations regarding a deceptive office presence and, more critically, the claim of exploiting a vulnerable individual and stealing inheritance, are serious ethical breaches that prospective clients must consider.
For individuals in Arizona, especially those dealing with sensitive matters like estate planning, elder law, or family inheritance, choosing an attorney involves entrusting them with personal and financial security. Given the concerns raised, J. Clark Law Firm, as presented through this public information, does not align with the standard expectations of reliability and ethical conduct that locals should seek in legal counsel.
Instead of suitability, this overview serves as a cautionary guide, emphasizing the critical importance for Arizona residents to:
-
Verify Physical Presence: Always confirm an attorney's legitimate and accessible office location for in-person consultations and document handling.
-
Research Ethical Standing: Consult with the State Bar of Arizona to check for any disciplinary actions or complaints against the attorney.
-
Seek Multiple Consultations: Consider meeting with several attorneys before making a decision, especially for complex or sensitive legal matters.
-
Prioritize Trust and Transparency: Choose an attorney who clearly communicates their services, fees, and operational procedures, and who demonstrates an unwavering commitment to ethical practice.
While this article aims to be informative, the provided information suggests that J. Clark Law Firm, at this time, may not be a suitable choice for local Arizonans seeking trustworthy and ethical legal services without significant independent investigation and verification of the serious concerns highlighted.
