Denise and the team here are amazing! We are a Mid-Term Furnished Rental Property Management Company here in AZ and despite us being a newish process Denise was able to make sure we had all of the education and resources to properly take care of our owners and our broker! If you are a landlord or management for a landlord, then he will believe any lie to start a lawsuit against a tenant. Though when he realizes you are lying to him, he will not recuse himself from the case, but will continue and give you advice in favor of the tenant. Plus, he charges dirt cheap prices, so what would you expect from a civil attorney. As a tenant, this is the guy you want your landlord to be represented by when you are a tenant being frivilously sued. I even got the front door kicked in by the constable while I sat on my beautiful balcony of the premises, and it was awesome. As a tenant I can't recommend him, but if you are or know someone who rents or manages property, this is the attorney for them if you don't want to recommend your own. Thank you.

This tenant stopped paying for months and left us with many bills and destruction. Chris was exceptional dealing not only with the subject matter in terms of knowledge, experience, and advice but also with the many difficulties that can be experienced with questions that may be outside the scope of the eviction. His professionalism, dedication, and integrity was outstanding. We definitely recommend Chris, and should we need any further legal eviction services, he’s the one we’ll go to. I do want to mention though that some of the office staff, or whoever answered my phone once did not demonstrate the best customer service and I would leave it at that.

Customer service was horrible. Their receptionist is very rude. Short with her answers and had a bad attitude. We were instructed by a judge to send documents to their email as evidence for a court and their firm blocked our emails. I would definitely stay far away from these people. They are shady.

They really thought they could win?! 😂 scammers and liars. God protects his people! Easy win! Then they respond to the honest reviews about their sucky work and character and says “ not a client not a valid review” nope more like the truth hurts!
