We retained Tim Howes for a house sale. We were dissatisfied with his service and response to the other parties involved with the sale. We had to intercede to obtain paperwork that our attorney was to supposed to get. He caused us a week's delay for closing. We would not recommend him or his services.

Kathy is a "get the job done" person. I'm a family law mediator and attorney and I hired her to handle the paperwork for my divorce and to give sound advice. I hired her because I knew she would tell me the truth and I trusted her ability. I refer clients to her (and her husband Tim) frequently.

Unorganized, unpreparedness and don’t waste your time. I highly recommend using someone who will fight for you, this firm won’t.
