The person who answers the phone is some illiterate assistant who can even speak proper English is just the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to over the phone . Then don’t get me started with miss Horner . She’s no better . She sounds like she has an ugly personality and if I had to take a guess her appearance matches her personality. Treat people with more respect grinch . It’ll get you places .👍
If I could give zero stars I would. Sharon and associates are the worst out there. This woman doesn't care how you pay her.. unless it's cash. She definitely wants cash so you can't keep up with what's already been paid. She would probably tell you to rob a bank to get her payment or your going to lose your license. And DMV will notify you way before she even tries to reach out to let you know you missed a payment. She only cares about money. Miss a payment twice and she wants the full settlement upfront or you are without a license. Even the court systems have realized you can't pay fines without having a license. You can pay $10k over 9 years but you will still owe $10k because of her outrageous interest rates

Been paying them for years. Came in with my supposed last payment two years ago. Now I’m trying to buy a house and this debt is still on record so I call them and they tell me it was never fully paid and now I owe another 900+ dollars for interest over the last two years. This is ridiculous. I’ve paid my damn dues leave me alone. Original debt was 2500 and I paid over 3000 when I was making payments. Now an extra $900. Just because some random lady paid a quarter of that to the courts to take over my supposed debt that I never agreed to in the first place. I’m sick of people making tons of money off me just because they have a deal with the government. That’s called extortion which is illegal if I do it to someone. Her policy of no credit or personal checks is just a way for her to make sure people miss payments so she can earn extra interest. Is she takes your debt from the courts and you work a mediocre job then you are screwd you are goin to lose your license and spend a ton of more money

I tried to work with these people on payment. the refuse to except payments that aren't cash or money order which seems odd. The staff was very rude and standoffish. If you ever need help I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 ft pole. Unless you want poor strategy and hole in your pocket!!!!! I rate them negative one out of five
