• I reached out to Hastings and Hastings after an incident occurred. They were very knowledgeable and informative with what needed to be done and how. I family and I ended up moving across the country and they were still able to facilitate everything virtually which was great for me. They were able to assist with all of the details of my case and they were always ready to answer any and all questions that I had. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in need of a fantastic lawyer firm!
• Good luck having Rocio call you back. No communication at all. Better off going with a different law firm.
• Horrible service. No concern for prospective clients. When I first talked to them I thought I was speaking with someone taking an order at a drive through. Poor customer service. Was supposed to get a call back at a specific time the next day to get more info. Never heard back from them. When I called to find out why I had heard nothing back I was simply put on hold. No apology. No asking if I was OK with holding. If they care so little about clients that they can't even be bothered to get back to them then I'm most certainly not going to trust them with my valuable time, or my case. As it should be. There's plenty of better, more well reviewed attorneys out there who will keep their appointment, and in turn show you the consideration that these folks are not. I suggest steering clear.

• We had an accident that we were really unsure what to do. We had never had one before but both of my daughters and my wife were hurt in the accident and I knew that the potential for us being taken by the insurance companies were great. There were two cars other than ours that were involved in the accident. Immediately we felt the insurance companies started playing the game of which insurance company was going to take the responsibility/fault. We contacted Jeff Livers from Hastings and Hastings. He immediately took us from being unsure of what was going to happen to fully trusting in him to take care of it all. Having multiple medical providers and handling our car situation, Jeff took care of everything. He was easy to reach and was always willing to let me know where the case was throughout the process. The case took longer than I thought that it would, I am glad it did. There were several other doctors bills that came in much later than others and if we had dealt with this on our own, I am sure that we would have accepted a much smaller settlement than what we ultimately ended up with.
