What should be a quick and easy case has turned into a waiting game. We have paid our retainer to Harry and are currently waiting for a court date to be set. It has been ONE year since hiring him and we have not progressed any further. We have been trying to reach Harry for three months and we have not received a single response. He has ignored our phone calls, emails, voicemails and meeting appointments. He has made no attempt to reach out concerning our simple “home run” case. He also is no longer working at his downtown office, so we cannot reach him that way. When Harry was responding it would take him one or two months to reply to an email after we sent it (this is after we would try to call or email 7+ times). Very unprofessional. Still wondering if Harry is alive, his business is closed or if he simply ran off with our money. If anyone knows, I would appreciate a message!

TERRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A PERSON. BRINGS SUIT WITHOUT PRIVITY OF CONTRACT, DOESN'T BOND THE CASE, CAUSES INJURY, THEN PERPETRATES FRAUD ON THE COURT TO TRY TO COVER UP WHAT APPEARS TO BE TITLE/DEED FRAUD AND MONEY LAUNDERING. RUN AWAY!

About Harry A. Hoch III
In the "Nearby Lawyers" category, our aim is to provide local users with detailed and objective information about legal professionals in their vicinity. Today, we present an overview of Harry A. Hoch III, an attorney associated with the address 1823 Harney St STE 300, Omaha, NE 68102, USA. His phone number is (402) 986-7858, which also serves as his mobile contact: +1 402-986-7858. It is important to note that the information presented here is based solely on the provided client reviews, which offer a critical perspective on the legal services and professional conduct of Harry A. Hoch III.
Regarding the environment of Harry A. Hoch III's practice, the provided reviews indicate significant issues. One client explicitly states that Harry "is no longer working at his downtown office, so we cannot reach him that way," suggesting a potential lack of a stable and accessible physical presence. The address provided, 1823 Harney St STE 300 in downtown Omaha, would typically imply a professional office setting in a commercial district, which is generally conducive to legal consultations. However, if the attorney is no longer regularly operating from this location or maintaining a consistent physical presence for client interactions, it severely impacts the perceived professionalism and reliability of the environment. A stable office environment is crucial for clients to feel secure in their attorney-client relationship, providing a dedicated space for confidential discussions, document handling, and consistent accessibility. The lack of a dependable physical point of contact, as implied by the reviews, would be a major concern for potential clients seeking assurance regarding their attorney's availability and operational stability.
The services purportedly offered by Harry A. Hoch III, based on the nature of the complaints, appear to touch upon general civil litigation, potentially including contract disputes or real estate matters. One review mentions a "simple 'home run' case" and another refers to a "suit without privity of contract," and concerns about "title/deed fraud." This suggests involvement in cases that deal with agreements, property rights, and general legal disputes. However, the information available is limited to the negative experiences of clients, which focus more on the execution of services rather than a comprehensive list of practice areas. Typically, an attorney practicing in these fields would offer services such as legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, litigation preparation, court representation, and negotiation. The reviews, however, strongly indicate a severe breakdown in the delivery of these services, with clients explicitly stating a lack of progression in their cases and an inability to receive communication. This raises significant questions about the actual provision of effective legal services, regardless of the intended scope of practice.
The features that distinguish Harry A. Hoch III, as described by the provided customer reviews, are overwhelmingly negative and point to severe issues in professional conduct and client relations. The most prominent feature highlighted is an extreme lack of communication. Clients explicitly state, "We have been trying to reach Harry for three months and we have not received a single response. He has ignored our phone calls, emails, voicemails and meeting appointments." Furthermore, when he was responsive, it "would take him one or two months to reply to an email after we sent it (this is after we would try to call or email 7+ times)." This level of unresponsiveness is a critical breach of professional responsibility and directly impacts a client's ability to stay informed about their case, leading to immense frustration and anxiety. The lack of case progression is another significant feature, with a client reporting, "It has been ONE year since hiring him and we have not progressed any further." This indicates a potential failure to diligently pursue legal matters, which is detrimental to clients who have invested time, money, and trust.
Beyond communication and case progress, the reviews detail highly concerning allegations regarding Harry A. Hoch III's professional integrity. Phrases such as "Very unprofessional," "TERRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A PERSON," and accusations of "fraud on the court to try to cover up what appears to be title/deed fraud and money laundering" are severe and alarming. These allegations suggest a profound breakdown in ethical conduct and potentially illegal activities, far beyond typical client dissatisfaction. The concern expressed by a client, "Still wondering if Harry is alive, his business is closed or if he simply ran off with our money," highlights a complete loss of trust and fear of financial exploitation. The specific complaint about bringing "suit without privity of contract" and "doesn't bond the case" also indicates a fundamental issue with legal strategy and procedural correctness, potentially causing direct "injury" to the client. These features, as reported by multiple clients, paint a picture of an attorney whose conduct falls far below expected professional and ethical standards, leading to significant harm and distress for those who sought his services.
From a promotional standpoint, based solely on the provided information, there are no positive features or promotional elements to highlight. The entirety of the client feedback is negative, warning potential clients away. The reviews serve as a stark caution rather than an advertisement. For local users searching for "Nearby Lawyers," these reviews would function as a strong deterrent. Instead of promotional information, the public needs to be aware of the serious concerns raised by former clients regarding communication, case stagnation, professionalism, and grave allegations of fraud. Any attempt to promote services based on this information would be disingenuous and unethical. In this instance, the objective introduction must reflect the highly negative sentiment and explicit warnings from multiple individuals. The only "promotional" aspect would be for users to heed the advice to "RUN AWAY!" and to be extremely cautious, if not entirely avoid, engaging with Harry A. Hoch III for legal services based on these reported experiences. It is crucial for platforms like "Nearby Lawyers" to present such information transparently to protect potential clients and uphold the integrity of the legal profession.
