Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC Introduce

Welcome to Nearby Lawyers, your local platform for finding legal expertise in your community. Today, we present an overview of Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC, a law firm located at 1684 S Broad St Suite 230, Lansdale, PA 19446, USA. This firm offers a range of legal services to clients in the Lansdale area and beyond. Based on available online reviews, experiences with the firm appear to be varied, with some clients expressing high satisfaction with specific attorneys and services, while another review raises significant ethical concerns.

While the provided information does not detail the physical environment of Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC, their location in a suite within a building suggests a professional office setting. The accessibility of their South Broad Street address in Lansdale makes them a potentially convenient option for local residents and businesses seeking legal counsel. As a multi-partner firm with a potentially long history (given the number of names in the title), it is likely that they have established resources and infrastructure to support a diverse clientele and various legal needs.

The services offered by Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC appear to be diverse. One positive review specifically highlights the firm's expertise in business acquisition services, mentioning successful experiences with attorneys Andrew Grau and Mark Himsworth. This suggests that the firm has capabilities in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and related business transactions. The client praised the "first class success," "top notch" service, "great communication," and "value" received from these attorneys. This indicates a strong focus on client satisfaction and professional handling of complex business matters.

However, a contrasting review raises serious ethical allegations against the firm. This review states that the firm recently formed an LLC that allegedly impersonated an existing registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The impersonation reportedly involved using the nonprofit's logo verbatim in mailings and public signage, with the addition of "LLC" in an inconspicuous manner. The stated purpose of this alleged impersonation was to deceive recipients into believing that the materials originated from the nonprofit, which was opposing one of the law firm's clients on a zoning and land development issue. The materials purportedly indicated that the entity appearing to be the nonprofit supported the law firm's client's interests, which was contrary to the nonprofit's actual stance.

The reviewer expresses strong disapproval of this alleged behavior, labeling it as "unacceptable" and "unethical." They further speculate that, being a law firm, Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC may be able to "skirt any potential legal consequences," which the reviewer finds unfortunate. This review presents a significant concern regarding the firm's ethical practices and their approach to representing clients in potentially contentious situations like zoning and land development disputes.

Considering the available information, the features of Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC are complex and present a mixed picture. On one hand, the firm appears to have competent and highly regarded attorneys, such as Andrew Grau and Mark Himsworth, who provide excellent service in areas like business acquisition. This suggests expertise, strong communication skills, and a focus on achieving successful outcomes for their clients in certain practice areas.

On the other hand, the serious ethical allegations raised in the negative review cannot be ignored. If the claims are accurate, this behavior would represent a significant breach of professional conduct and raise serious questions about the firm's integrity and ethical standards. It is important for potential clients to be aware of this feedback and to conduct their own due diligence when considering engaging this firm for legal services.

For local users on the Nearby Lawyers platform, Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC offers services in areas such as business acquisition, where at least two of their attorneys have received high praise. If your legal needs align with these areas, particularly involving Andrew Grau or Mark Himsworth, the positive review suggests a high likelihood of receiving excellent service. The firm's location in Lansdale also provides convenient access for local businesses and individuals.

However, it is imperative to carefully consider the serious ethical concerns raised in the other review. Allegations of deceptive practices, especially involving the impersonation of a nonprofit organization in a legal dispute, are significant and should not be taken lightly. Potential clients involved in zoning, land development, or any matter where such tactics might be relevant should be particularly cautious and consider seeking independent verification or counsel before engaging this firm.

In conclusion, Hamburg Rubin Mullin Maxwell & Lupin, PC is a law firm in Lansdale, PA, that appears to have experienced attorneys who have provided successful outcomes for clients in areas like business acquisition. However, a serious ethical allegation regarding deceptive practices in a zoning dispute warrants careful consideration. Local users should weigh the positive feedback regarding specific attorneys against the significant ethical concerns raised by another reviewer and conduct thorough due diligence before deciding to engage this firm for their legal needs.

Highly recommend several attorneys in this firm. I have used both Andrew Grau and Mark Himsworth for business acquisition services with first class success. The service provided has always been top notch with great communication and value.

This firm recently formed an LLC impersonating an existing registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, using the nonprofit's logo verbatim in both mailings and public signage (except for adding the text "LLC" at the bottom inconspicuously). The purpose was to decieve recipients into thinking that the materials originated from the nonprofit, which is opposing one of this firm's clients on a zoning and land development issue. The materials stated that the entity appearing to be the nonprofit supported their client's interests (contrary to the nonprofit's actual position). This type of behavior isn't acceptable or ethical. Being a law firm, I'm sure they will be able to skirt any potential legal consequences, which is unfortunate.

Used Mullin at realtor’s recommendation for a small, straightforward issue. Not only did I have to call several times for updates or to remind them of a deadline, they charged me for the calls—which were necessitated by their lack of communication. Would not recommend.
