Bob Hajek is an excellent attorney. I would recommend him to anyone seeking experienced and skillful legal counsel. Over the course of several years Bob helped me navigate and unwind an unfavorable agreement that I was pressured into signing years earlier. He was always prompt, professional, and gave complete and accurate information, helping me to understand the complexities of family law. The answers he gave weren’t always what I wanted to hear, but those answers were always correct, and he never sugar-coated anything. Bob always outlined and explained scenarios, setting realistic expectations so that I could make informed decisions. He provided excellent counsel and offered creative solutions, protecting my assets and insulating me from my ex-wife during a protracted custody battle. Most importantly, Mr. Hajek was also able to redraft what was an unfavorable parenting plan and I now have nearly 100% of the parenting time with my child. My child is now thriving and happy. Robert Hajek should of gave up his practice and quit representing people 30 years ago. His court room knowledge of the law consistently shows he comes in unprepared . He did little preparation on cases for my family. He's lost multiple cases for me and my family. His work ethics for preparation on getting a case before a judge mandating it lacked the substantial filings. His preparation to sue for fire damages was negligent causing a lost case. He over charged my family for a property sale. His associate Dino Burnt back charged my elderly mother for a prior case after he found out she was to receive some money on a sale of some property saying they should of got more on a prior case. This guy is nothing but a crook. I'm surprised he hasnt found God to repent his crimes of negligence.Hes a thief by using his title to steal. He lacks the ability to execute any case with competence. Looking at reviews his only cases with any satisfaction is divorce representation. The other cases he should not take because he's an incompetent ambulance chaser and can't handle anything but divorces. I question his abilities and his hourly rate which is double what lawyers of his competence charge.

If you look for great attorney then look at his reviews and look at other attorneys reviews, don't just trust anybody, don't just hire somebody. He pointed out to me our opponent's weak sides, he helped me reveal in court my ex-wife's affair with her attorney. And when My ex-wife's lying attorney was trying to use his witnesses against me I was pleased to see how Mr.Hajak quickly and easily turned their testimony in my favor. I hired Bob to guide me through my simple divorce (government worker, three older children, nineteen year marriage, no debts beyond a mortgage) until he refused to represent me any further, literally in the middle of my first mediation session, right as I was dealing with my mother's death several weeks earlier. In retrospect, his withdrawal was for the best (though the timing was not). Bob's insistence that I settle for 25% parenting time before he advocated for any other issues that I wanted to be discussed was a preview. As my new attorney confirmed, it's not unethical to discuss financial concerns before signing a binding agreement regarding parenting time; even the state directly correlates (child support) payments with parenting time. Regardless, why couldn't that have come out before he had billed me almost three times his initial estimate of what it would cost to get through mediation? An attorney with over forty years of experience should quickly know which types of cases he does and does not want to handle, and how to rebuff laughable eleventh hour disclosures from opposing counsel. I found a different attorney who was able to settle my case without a trial. You should too.
