Barry D Haberman is incompetent, dishonest, malicious, failed in every turn, confused the law and does not deserve a license to practice law in the state of New York. He accepted to represent me in a civil rights case matter. He was never prepared for the process, always late, had a student named Zachary King work on this case. The law firm missed deadlines, ignored ethical rules and caused extreme financial hardship on me and made it shameful on the legal system.
