The physical office of H Law Group is located in a multi-tenant office building on Main Street in Irvine. This location offers a professional setting for conducting legal consultations and client meetings. While specific details about the interior design and amenities of Suite 1300 are not publicly available, it is typical for such office spaces to include private meeting rooms for confidential discussions and administrative areas to support the firm's operations. The building's location in Irvine provides accessibility for clients within the city and the broader Orange County region. The surrounding area is characterized by a mix of commercial and business establishments, making it a convenient location for individuals seeking legal services during their workday or from nearby residences.
Based on the limited information available, H Law Group appears to offer legal representation in areas that may include DUI defense and potentially other criminal misdemeanor cases. The provided customer reviews offer some insights into the experiences of individuals who have utilized the services of H Law Group. It is important to consider these reviews as subjective accounts of individual experiences and not as a comprehensive evaluation of the firm's overall capabilities or typical client outcomes.
One reviewer who was charged $4.5K for a first misdemeanor DUI case expressed dissatisfaction with the service received, stating that while the representing attorney was "not bad," the overall service did not align with the "top dollar" charged. This client was surprised that the charge was not reduced to a "wet and reckless" driving offense despite being less than double the legal limit. The reviewer also highlighted significant issues with the back office support, alleging that they were given the wrong court address for parole conditions and that there was a lack of clarity regarding required documentation. This allegedly almost resulted in a bench warrant. The reviewer, identifying as a CPA with no prior criminal record, felt that the firm was not genuinely supportive during the parole process and seemed "in a hurry to get rid of me" after the plea. This individual also indicated a lack of interest from the firm in handling a potential expungement.
Another review presents a highly negative experience with H Law Group regarding a second DUI case. This reviewer strongly advises others to "AVOID AT ALL COSTS!" and suggests that self-representation might be a better alternative. The client alleges that information provided by the attorneys was "either untrue or wrong," ultimately resulting in jail time. The review details discrepancies between what the attorneys allegedly stated and the actual court outcomes, including the duration of the IID breathalyzer requirement, the jail sentence, probation length, license suspension, and total fees. The reviewer claims they were pushed to plead guilty against their wishes and that the firm failed to adequately present their progress in DUI programs and character references to the judge. This individual expresses significant regret and dissatisfaction with the representation received.
Given that the provided information primarily consists of customer reviews detailing negative experiences, it is challenging to objectively outline specific "features" or promotional information of H Law Group. The reviews suggest potential areas of concern for prospective clients, particularly regarding communication, back-office support, the accuracy of legal advice, and the level of advocacy provided in DUI cases. It is important for individuals considering H Law Group to weigh these accounts carefully alongside any other information they may gather through their own due diligence.
As part of the Nearby Lawyers platform, H Law Group is listed as a local legal service provider in Irvine. Individuals seeking legal representation, particularly in DUI or misdemeanor cases, may find this listing. However, in light of the publicly available feedback, potential clients are strongly advised to conduct thorough research, including seeking multiple consultations with different attorneys, to ensure they find representation that aligns with their needs and expectations.
It is crucial to understand that online reviews represent individual opinions and experiences, which may not be representative of every client's interaction with H Law Group. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised in the provided reviews warrant careful consideration. Prospective clients should inquire specifically about the firm's processes for client communication, back-office support, and the strategies employed in DUI defense cases. Asking for detailed explanations of potential outcomes and the steps involved in the legal process is also advisable.
While H Law Group is located in a professional office building in Irvine and provides contact information for inquiries, the available customer feedback does not offer any positive promotional aspects or unique features that would distinguish the firm favorably. The reviews instead highlight potential shortcomings in service delivery and client communication. Therefore, any potential client should approach H Law Group with caution and conduct extensive due diligence before engaging their services.
In conclusion, H Law Group is a law firm located in Irvine, CA, offering legal services that appear to include DUI defense and other misdemeanor representation. The firm is situated in a commercial office building. However, the publicly available customer reviews raise significant concerns regarding the quality of service, accuracy of information provided, back-office support, and overall client experience. Potential clients should carefully consider this feedback and conduct thorough independent research before making a decision about legal representation.

Not the worst law group, but not nearly good enough for the $4.5K they charged me for handling my misdemeanor DUI case (1st DUI). The attorney who represented me was not bad, but again not likely worth the top dollar they charged me. If you charge me top dollar, I expect top dollar service and lawyering. The lawyering was mediocre to good (I was surprised they could not get the charged lowered to wet and reckless driving as I was less than double the legal limit). The worst part was from their back office support who gave me the wrong court address for my parole conditions and did not make it crystal clear what was required of me in terms of documentation (I provided them proof of DUI course and I presumed that was handled by the attorney/office but the onus was on me and I was not aware). It almost resulted in a bench warrant. For context, I'm a CPA and it was my 1st time in the criminal justice system (no criminal record prior to this), and I felt they were not sincere in their efforts to aid in the parole process (which is more critical than you think - make sure you keep razor focused on the parole process because this is often where defendants screw up as the attorney becomes less involved and the onus is on the defendant) after pleading no contest. They also did not seem to care much about their screw up - they were just in a hurry to get rid of me. I was thinking about getting the conviction expunged through them but again they did not seem to care, especially the front office (secretary staff). If I were you, I would take your business elsewhere because dealing with the legal process is very stressful and unclear, thus I would recommend looking around for an excellent lawyer (shop around) before deciding who will represent you
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save your money!! You’re better off defending yourself. They basically just fake it till they make it. Everything the attorneys told me was either untrue or wrong. Came to them looking for help on my second DUI. Ended up serving jail time. A year and a half into my dui, finally had my last court date. I had already at this point completed most of my DUI program and a MADD course in addition to 150 hours of AA classes. Why is it that after going to court SO many times, the judge had no idea of my progress? They asked me to get a character reference letter, which I did from a friend at LAPD, which was pointless since no one ever read it. They pushed me to plead guilty when I didn’t want to, just because they didn’t want to take it to trial. And now this is on my record when it shouldn’t be. I had the IID Breathalyzer installed in my car for a year per the DMV, the attorneys here stated that the court would likely require it for a year too but that the time I had it in my car for the dmv would transfer to the court time, wrong. I just had to have it installed for ANOTHER year. So IID for 2 years, 90 days of jail time, probation for 5 years, suspended license for 2 years, and at least $20k in fees. The attorneys told me IID for 1 year, only couple days of jail time and a suspended license for 6 months, all were wrong, after pushing me to plead guilty when I didn’t want to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I would have done a better job representing myself.
Very happy with the results this firm got on my DUI case! I thought I would be looking at a DUI no matter what, but they got me a reckless driving in exchange. I kept my license, and they walked me through every step of the process. I hope I never need a defense firm again, but it is nice to know I don't have to go searching again if I do.
To my stupidity i went with some attorney based in San Diego and it was the biggest mistake until I found H LAW GROUP , man , no kidding but seriously, they are the only people I enjoy paying money for , SMOOTH , VERY VERY VERY VERY WELL ORGANIZED , RESPECTFUL AND RESPECTABLE REPUTATION, they delivered a results with so much success to my case 🙏 , thank you so much ashley and the rest of the amazing team
They promote on their website to defend gun charges. I wanted to challenge my conviction. Under California law the 10 year ban for certain misdemeanor convictions is unconstitutional. Under federal law the same Misdemeanor conviction does not prohibit me from owning or possessing firearms. They said they couldn't help challenge this law. This means they don't care about defending my constitutional rights. Shouldn't all lawyers learn and know the constitution? After reading my review one of the lawyers called me and was more detailed about the alternative routes I can take and which type of lawyer might be able to help. Unfortunately they won't be able to help with my case since it's out of their realm of practice. I edited my review and rating. Thank you for letting me know more about my alternative routes.
