Griffin Alexander, P.C. Introduce
This information is being provided to local users in Randolph, New Jersey, and surrounding areas who may be searching for legal representation in the category of Nearby Lawyers. It is crucial to present an objective overview of Griffin Alexander, P.C., located at 415 NJ-10 2nd Floor, Randolph, NJ 07869, USA, based on the publicly available reviews. Unlike the previous lawyer introductions, the information found regarding Griffin Alexander, P.C. raises significant concerns that potential clients should carefully consider.
Due to the serious nature of the allegations made in the client reviews, providing a description of a positive or welcoming office environment is not supported by the available information. Instead, the reviews paint a picture of a firm where professionalism and ethical conduct are reportedly lacking. Potential clients should be aware of these serious allegations when considering engaging Griffin Alexander, P.C. for legal services.
Similarly, detailing the specific services offered by Griffin Alexander, P.C. becomes secondary to addressing the critical issues raised in the client feedback. While the firm presumably offers legal services, the reviews strongly suggest potential problems with the quality and ethical standards of these services. One review mentions the mishandling of basic financial calculations, specifically rent, leading to financial repercussions for the firm's clients. This indicates a potential lack of competence in handling fundamental aspects of legal representation. Furthermore, the review alleges the dispatch of a representative to court who reportedly perjured themselves and arrived unprepared, lacking necessary evidence. This raises serious questions about the firm's litigation practices and commitment to truthfulness in legal proceedings.
The reviews also accuse the firm of employing a litigation strategy based on intimidation and baseless accusations, rather than factual or legal merit. This approach, according to the reviewer, reflects a misunderstanding of tenant law and tenants' rights. The alleged reliance on false statements, a lack of proper investigation, and retaliation against defendants for asserting their rights are described as unethical and legally precarious. These are severe accusations that potential clients should take into account.
Beyond alleged incompetence in handling cases, the reviews raise significant ethical concerns regarding the practices of Griffin Alexander, P.C. These allegations include the deliberate misspelling of defendants’ names to obstruct access to eCourts records, advertising incorrect contact information for legal services, and encouraging clients to submit false testimony. If these allegations are accurate, they represent serious ethical violations that could have severe consequences for both the firm and its clients. The reviewer explicitly states that such conduct is "unbecoming of any legal professional and warrants scrutiny," and urges affected parties to consider reporting these violations to the State Bar for further review.
One particularly alarming review describes the entire law firm as reminiscent of "used car salesmen" and characterizes an attorney named Jennifer Alexander as "extremely emotionally abusive" and "very dangerous." The reviewer alleges that this attorney does not believe rules apply to her or her clients and knowingly and willingly engaged in discrimination, inflicted severe emotional distress, and employed extreme manipulation. The review further claims that this attorney purposely retaliated against the reviewer, even when it would cause her clients serious liability, and issued a "notice to cease" based on outrageously false claims. The emotional impact on the reviewer is profound, stating they were "emotionally paralyzed by her abuse" and even contemplated suicide due to the alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress. This review strongly advises against working with this attorney and expresses a commitment to ensuring accountability for her actions.
Another point of concern raised in one of the reviews is the alleged improper service of legal documents, facilitated by a third-party group who misrepresented themselves. This procedural error reportedly contributed to the dismissal of the firm's case, highlighting potential issues with due diligence and adherence to legal procedures.
Given the gravity of the accusations presented in these reviews, it is impossible to identify any positive "features" or promotional aspects of Griffin Alexander, P.C. Instead, the overwhelming message from the available public feedback is one of serious concern regarding the firm's professionalism, competence, ethical conduct, and client treatment. The strong advisement against retaining the firm and the urging to report alleged violations to the State Bar underscore the severity of the issues raised.
For local users in Randolph, New Jersey, who are searching for legal representation in the Nearby Lawyers category, it is critical to be aware of the significant negative feedback surrounding Griffin Alexander, P.C. The allegations of incompetence, unethical practices, and abusive behavior, if accurate, could have severe consequences for clients who choose to engage this firm. Potential clients are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Griffin Alexander, P.C. for their legal needs. This due diligence should include seeking additional information from reliable sources and potentially consulting with other attorneys to get a broader perspective.
Due to the overwhelmingly negative nature of the publicly available reviews, it would be irresponsible to encourage local users to contact Griffin Alexander, P.C. without a strong caveat. griffin and Associates, It has come to my attention that your firm has repeatedly demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism, competence, and adherence to legal standards. The mishandling of basic financial calculations—specifically, the miscalculation of rent—resulted in your clients owing restitution to the tenant due to overpayment. Furthermore, your firm dispatched a representative to court who not only perjured themselves under oath but also arrived unprepared, lacking substantiating evidence. Your litigation strategy appears predicated on intimidation and baseless accusations rather than factual or legal merit. This approach reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of tenant law, as well as tenants’ rights and protections. The reliance on false statements, absent proper investigation, and the apparent retaliation against defendants for lawfully asserting their rights are both unethical and legally precarious. Additionally, your firm’s practices raise serious ethical concerns, including the deliberate misspelling of defendants’ names to obstruct access to eCourts records, advertising incorrect contact information for legal services, and encouraging clients to submit false testimony. Such conduct is unbecoming of any legal professional and warrants scrutiny. The opposing party’s lack of organization was evident throughout proceedings, culminating in their failure to adhere to basic courtroom decorum—most notably, departing without addressing the presiding judge. Moreover, the improper service of legal documents, facilitated by the Incognito Investiture Group (who misrepresented themselves in the process), directly contributed to the dismissal of your case. Given these repeated failures—both procedural and ethical—I strongly advise against retaining your firm for legal representation. Your methods, while perhaps expedient, are demonstrably negligent, lacking the diligence and expertise required for competent counsel. I urge affected parties to consider reporting these violations to the State Bar for further review.
The entire law firm is reminiscent of "used car salesmen". Jennifer Alexander is an extremely emotionally abusive "attorney" and is very dangerous. She does not believe that rules apply to her and her clients. She knowingly and willingly has discriminated, inflicted severe emotional distress, engaged in extreme manipulation and is a liability to her clients. She has purposely retaliated even though it WILL cause her clients serious liability. She issued me a "notice to cease" based on outrageously false claims then blocked me. Her client will have to pay for her actions, and she does not care. It's quite disgusting and disturbing because she will do ANYTHING to victimize someone rather than advising her client to do what's morally right. SHE IS A LIABILITY. I have been emotionally paralyzed by her abuse and she refuses to stop. I decided to stop giving her the power to affect my life and move forward with healing and getting justice. She is the definition of ineffective counsel and a person who is an abuse of power. Most of her correspondences towards tribunal start with "as you know" to demean and manipulate her victim. I will make it my life's mission to make sure she is held accountable for her actions. I almost committed suicide due to her pervasive intentional infliction of emotional distress and I will take this to the highest level to make sure no one else has to suffer from her abuse of power again.
Jennifer and the entire team at Griffin Alexander are extremely professional, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. We engaged GA a few years ago, and we highly recommend their professional services. All urgent matters are handled appropriately and when matters are complex, like most landlord-tenant issues are, they explain policies and laws very thoroughly.

Our firm engaged Griffin Alexander two years ago at the start of the pandemic. For two years now, we have experienced an unprecedented volume of work and legal issues.
