I was so lucky to have found Gretchen. Having had my fair share of experiences with attorneys in the past none, and I mean none have ever given you the feeling that you were more than just a check, that was the exact opposite with her. She brings that same care into how she handles your case as well. Because of her detailed approach, and the fact that she actually gave a damn lead to my conviction being overturned. It's your freedom, be smart, choose wisely who represents your best interests, choose Gretchen.

Her and her staff were very friendly and very responsive and quickly addressed any concerns or issues that I had. She explained to me all potential outcomes and took the time to address my case. It was critical for me that Attorney Pousson recognized the importance of my case and the potential impacts. Throughout the process, she acknowledged my concerns and reassured me that she would fight my case to the best of her ability. Attorney Pousson, through her years of experience and her excellent legal skillset was able to drastically reduce the charges. I am extremely grateful to Attorney Gretchen and her staff for being so vested in having the best outcome for me and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for legal representation.

This week marks two years since Gretchen helped clear my name. Without my faith in God and her knowledge of the law I would not be holding my kids every day. Protective orders are great for the people they are intended for, true family abusers. However, using them to gain leverage in a custody matter by making false allegations is as low as it goes. I had a two year Protective Order placed against me because I decided to go to court without legal counsel naively thinking it was simple, I did nothing wrong so I don't need a lawyer! I was wrong! Some judges especially the one I had sees you without a lawyer immediately DON'T TAKE YOU SERIOUS! Plus you have to consider that a person you love but doesn't love you will be willing to lie. Nope don't do like i did. Get a lawyer! GET GRETCHEN! I missed 43 days straight without seeing my kids with no evidence to support the Protective Order. I could not call them, I could not see them, I could not hug them, I could not talk to their teachers, I could not beg their mom to stop this madness without getting arrested. I missed 185 days altogether without seeing my kids whom prior I was seeing, caring for, providing for, and loving every day prior to that. All it took was 20 minutes in court with Gretchen speaking on my behalf and BOOM the Protective Order was dissolved. I did not have to speak one time. The one time I did try to speak to Gretchen while we were listening to testimony she told me to "shut up!" as she intensely took notes. Listening was her greatest skill may I add no pun intended. I also had to hire her again after the Protective Order was lifted because during the Protective Order I had five charges filed against me for violating the Protective Order which are considered criminal charges which are VERY SERIOUS! Of course they were false claims. Lets just say the Prosecutor and Petitioner did not show up to court because Gretchen made sure they knew those false accusations of violating the Protective Order was bologna. I said it once and I'll say it again. I did my research price was not an option when it came to my life and the life of my children. PAY THE MONEY! She is worth every dime and your freedom is priceless. Two years later I have joint legal custody of my kids and primary physical custody which could have been a different sad story had I not hired Gretchen to help remove the leverage the other side tried to create by filing false accusations to get a Protective Order. Gretchen even got a nickname from the other side. They called her my "hot shot lawyer." Lol I laughed to myself "you are absolutely right."

Extremely unhappy. Gretchen came to court completely unprepared to handle known issues in my case. Little sympathy from the firm. I will re consider feedback if my complaint is addressed fairly.
