Everyone......please be careful with this one. Ms. Neddenriep contacted me for my thoughts regarding a guardianship. When she sumised her final report, MY personal thoughts were not even truthfully conveyed. It appeared as if she had a bias towards her report that was evident in her final report. Be cautious, if you are asked to convey your thoughts, be prepared that if she personally does not agree with your views, then your views will NOT be listed in the final report. Only minimal findings will be listed. When asked in front of a judge, her findings, then be confident that YOUR particular views, that may be against this Attorneys personal views, be prepared that they will not be projected. There will also be inconsistencies, regarding past instances that occured and when you ask Ms. Neddenriep about these inconsistencies, she will NOT return your email request. Very unprofessional but very typical. Please, be cautious with this attorney. I was really disappointed with her final report. Why not be fair and relate past incidents truthfully and quote accurately what ALL feel? Be cautious with this one!
Gretchen has been absolutely wonderful to work with. My mom passed away and I am the executor on her estate.
