Terrible attorney. Greg and Steven are the face of wall and wall and they are a disgrace to the family law community. Unethical law breaking arrogant attorneys that destroy families and children regularly. I would not hire anyone from wall and wall 👎🏻
I have had the opportunity to work with Greg on a few different legal matters. He always goes out of his way to make sure his clients are happy and satisfied. He is exceptional in what he does and makes you feel comfortable no matter what you are dealing with. He makes himself available if you have questions or concerns or if something else comes up. He wastes no time dealing with urgent matters. I'm confident dealing with Greg and his expertise, that's why I continue to use Wall and Wall attorneys for all of my legal matters large and small.
1) Poor Quality: Continuously lost paperwork, but charged each time copies were made, often double charging—once triple charged. Learned to submit via email for proof. Greg Wall’s wall-to-wall chaotic “paper carpet” explains it all. 2) Poor Value: Wallowed around for months, refusing to follow-thru on anything other than charging. On the final day to submit, I received an extension by changing to Scott Brown & Brian Coutts of Nuttall, Brown & Coutts, who garnered $200,000 in under a month. 3) Unprofessional: After letting him go for his selfish misconduct, not only did he fail to apologize, but Greg Wall demanded over $30,000 for the nothingness he provided. 4) Unresponsive: Did not show, but called in while I sat in the Salt Lake City courtroom after preparing from home in Ogden. “He had an emergency” was all that was revealed AFTER my arrival, having waited for an extensive period of time. Seldom accepted calls, but took messages the vast majority of the time. Only called back, or had paralegal call, when repeat requesting paperwork for another charge. If hiring an attorney, do NOT sign any retainer until CERTAIN of your choice.View the attorney’s organization skills. Ask how many cases they’re currently working. Require a time-line, and request emailing said paperwork rather than having them print it. And you’ll only be doing yourself a favor in spending a few minutes of researching credentials.
During mediation, Greg said almost nothing and rarely looked up from his phone as he watched election coverage on MSNBC. After agreeing to a fee after I questioned his ethics and overcharges, he sent me to collections a day after. I paid the amount we agreed on and 2 days later received a collections notice. If you are looking for someone unethical and who doesn't care about your case, this is your guy.
Before you hire these people read this! Would give them .0001 stars if it were possible. I was referred to Nate Wall. I ended up meeting with Greg and was placed with a horrible attorney. I believe her name was Cobie. She argued with me the entire time, hung up on me during calls and all because I didn’t want to give in. I only needed them for one day. $1,500 and Cobie didn’t even appear because I wanted to win my case. I had a better conversation and relationship with opposing counsel. Worst law firm ever. Buyer... beware!
