Richard Willstatter is a puppet for the prosecutors. He is a coward, and will destroy you, and your family. He misleads his clients, and ensures the government secures convictions. He will be disbarred very soon. He is a liar, a cheater, and a FRAUD. Stay far, far away from this demonic scumbag. He takes your hard earned money and ensures you go to prison. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE
Richard is a corrupt attorney that works for the government. He steals your hard earned money, and makes sure the government wins their case. He will lie to you, mislead you , and think he is better than you. Richard is truly a sadistic, demonic animal. He will destroy your life , family , and children, and go home and lay his head down with not even a worry. Richard has been defrauding his clients for decades. He allowed the government to fabricate bank loss figures by using tax assessed values, when he concealed and withheld certified bank appraisals that show his clients innocence. In addition to a tax fraud count , when Richard realized his clients banking records collapsed the government case , he mislead his clients, and advised them that the "numbers don't matter". The truth is the entire case and sentencing was based on only the numbers. Richard and his partner are complete frauds, and protect the prosecutors lies, and misconduct. Richard, and his partner have built their careers on defrauding their clients and protecting the SDNY prosecutors. Stay far, far far away from these animals. Save your money, and your life. Stay far away...

The truth and justice is irrelevant to criminals like Richard Willstatter. STAY AWAY !!!!!
I went to this law firm in regards to a difficult case. I met with Mr. Willstatter who was very knowledgeable and informative. At the end he said, why don't you pay me 100 for the time. I agreed. However, I checked out his website again and saw he offered free consultations!! Why would you cheat someone out of money or even say that you offer a free consultation when you don't! I don't appreciate being lied to and cheated out of money! Stand behind what you say on your website!
