Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel Introduce

Welcome to the profile of Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel, a law firm located at 4221 Wilshire Blvd Suite 460 in the heart of Los Angeles, California. As a featured listing in the 'Nearby Lawyers' category, we aim to provide local users with a comprehensive understanding of this legal practice, encompassing their environment, services, key features, and insights gleaned from client experiences. Whether you are seeking legal representation for a workers' compensation claim or a personal injury matter, this introduction will offer valuable information to help you make an informed decision.

Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel operates from their office on Wilshire Boulevard, a well-known and easily accessible area within Los Angeles. The physical environment of a law firm can often reflect its professionalism and client focus. While specific details about their office ambiance are not available, a location on Wilshire Boulevard suggests a firm that is integrated within the city's business and legal community. Clients can expect a professional setting where they can discuss their legal matters with their attorneys.

The primary services offered by Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel, based on available information and client reviews, appear to center around workers' compensation and personal injury law. Workers' compensation law deals with the rights of employees who have been injured on the job. This can include navigating complex processes to secure benefits such as medical treatment, lost wages, and permanent disability payments. Personal injury law, on the other hand, pertains to cases where individuals have been harmed due to the negligence or wrongdoing of another party. This can encompass various situations, including car accidents, slip and falls, and other types of accidents resulting in injury.

One of the key features often highlighted by clients when choosing a legal representative is the level of expertise and knowledge possessed by the attorneys. According to one positive review, Mr. Silver is described as "one of the best attorneys in L.A." and is lauded for his deep understanding of workers' compensation law and his ability to interpret it professionally. This suggests that the firm prides itself on its legal acumen, particularly within the realm of workers' compensation. For individuals facing the complexities of such cases, having a knowledgeable attorney can be crucial in navigating the legal landscape and ensuring their rights are protected.

However, it is important to present a balanced view based on all available feedback. One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the firm's client care and billing practices. This review alleges that the firm prioritizes profit over the well-being of injured workers and accuses a specific attorney, Larry Silver, of misrepresentation and poor communication. Such feedback raises concerns about the client experience and the level of personalized attention provided. It is essential for prospective clients to consider all feedback when evaluating a legal firm.

The contrasting nature of these reviews underscores the importance of individual experiences and the potential for variability in client satisfaction. While one client praises Mr. Silver and his team for their responsiveness and dedication, another reports difficulties in communication and questions the firm's ethical practices. This dichotomy highlights the need for individuals seeking legal representation to conduct thorough due diligence, potentially including seeking additional references or consultations to form their own informed opinion.

In the context of the 'Nearby Lawyers' platform category, local users are likely seeking legal assistance that is not only competent but also accessible and trustworthy. Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel's location in Los Angeles makes them geographically convenient for many residents. However, the varying client experiences suggest that prospective clients should prioritize their individual needs and preferences when considering this firm. Factors such as communication style, perceived level of care, and transparency in billing practices can be significant in the attorney-client relationship.

From a promotional standpoint, the positive review serves as a testament to the firm's expertise in workers' compensation law and the dedication of at least some members of their team. The mention of Mr. Silver's knowledge and his willingness to "fight for you and for what is right" can be compelling for individuals seeking strong advocacy. The firm's ability to handle the "very complicated process" of workers' compensation is also presented as a key strength.

However, the negative review acts as a cautionary note, suggesting potential issues with client communication, billing transparency, and overall client care. While every business may encounter some negative feedback, the serious nature of the allegations in this review warrants careful consideration. Prospective clients may wish to inquire specifically about the firm's client communication protocols, fee structures, and how they ensure client satisfaction.

In conclusion, Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel is a Los Angeles-based law firm with a focus on workers' compensation and personal injury law. Located on Wilshire Boulevard, they offer legal services to the local community. Client reviews present a mixed picture, with one praising the expertise and responsiveness of Mr. Silver and his team, while another expresses significant concerns about the firm's client care and billing practices. As with any legal service provider, prospective clients are encouraged to consider all available information, conduct their own research, and determine if Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel aligns with their specific legal needs and expectations. The 'Nearby Lawyers' platform serves as a starting point for connecting with legal professionals in the area, and further personal engagement is recommended to ensure a satisfactory attorney-client relationship.

This firm is all about making their profit. They don't care about injured worker once they get their attorney fees and even if they are regulated by the state board to charge 15%, they trick their clients and charge more. I am having really hard time dealing with Larry Silver who lies everything and pretend that he would solve your issues but moment you leave from the office, I don't think he even remembers who visited him. He seems to have a memory problems. This firm should not be existing the way they malpractice and handle with their clients. One advise, find a lawyer who cares about his/her clients .

Mr. Silver and his team are the best. Even though they are so busy if you have questions Mr. Silver or one of his team members will get back to you with answers. Mr. Silver is one of the best attorneys in L.A. and is so knowledgeable he will fight for you and for what is right. Workers Compensation is a very complicated process but you can count on Mr. Silver to know the law and how to professionally interpret it. I would highly recommend him.

Larry Silver will listen to you and a minute you leave from his office, he will forget what was the reason you came for. Stay away from this law firm. They only care about their attorney fees, once they make it, they don't care about the injured worker. Their office is just a drama. Their paralegal lady is so rude who thinks very highly of herself. I highly recommend to stay away from this law firm based on my experience.

OMG!! So Goldschmid saw my first 2 reviews on here and instead of being a big boy and trying to correct his legal assistants terrible service or even looking at his own behavior, he sent me a letter dropping me as a client. He didn't call me or anything, just sent a letter. Makes me think of the COWARDLY lion from Wizard of Oz... Actually, I didn't find out from the attorney's office that I was dropped, I found out from the doctor that he referred me to just days before. They called me and told me that I was no longer being represented and they couldn't see me. When I called Odette, she just tried to talk me in circles and pretended to not know what was going on. She kept saying, "I told you that the attorney was sending you a letter..." I replied, "What does that mean to me? Is it a letter with a million dollar check???" Then she said, I'll email it to you, what's your email address?" Again, I gave it to her, although she should have had it because I had been emailing her for weeks with NO RESPONSE. For all you yelpers, this reminds me of a an episode of Kitchen Nightmares where the owner of Hamburger Kitchen would email the reviewers and tell them they were wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Vernon Goldschmid, I have not had a good experience with him and he has a poor attitude. Same goes for Odette Polanco, his legal assistant. Again, read my previous reviews and you'll see that I would have better service from Cletus, the slack-jawed yokel. Kat ‎ - Mar 20, 2012 Ugh! I've never been so frustrated with a businesses before. I've been following up with Odette, the legal assistant and all she kept saying was, we're working on it. She has NEVER responded to any of my emails and I perceive that she's probably lazy also. I have been asking her for a referral to a doctor since my first review and suddenly, I get in the mail today a letter from their office that they took the liberty of making me an appointment for the 22nd. Ugh, its the freaking nineteenth today and I am expected to move my schedule around. Apparently, it requires a high level of intelligence and skill to call or email someone and check their schedule before willy-nilly making a doctors appointment and alas, Odette does not possess this sort of intelligence. They even put the wrong phone number for the doctors office on the letter and when I called her about it, she said, "I saw that the other day when I was looking at your file....you'll be getting a letter from the attorney..." Uh, hello???? McFly??? Hello?? She is the dullest tool in the shed. I'd have better luck working with Cletus, the slack-jawed yokel
