Goldman Law Offices is a legal practice serving the Doylestown, Pennsylvania area. While specific details about the firm's history, the size of its legal team, and the comprehensive list of their practice areas are not provided in the available information, we can consider the potential services a law office in this location might offer. However, it is crucial to note that the provided client reviews offer significant, albeit conflicting, perspectives on the firm's services and client experience.
Environment and Approach:
Information regarding the physical environment of Goldman Law Offices is not available in the provided data. Typically, law offices aim to provide a professional setting for client consultations and legal work. The atmosphere can vary depending on the size and focus of the firm.
The client reviews offer contrasting views on the firm's approach. One review details an alleged clerical error that resulted in significant financial hardship for the client, suggesting a lack of attention to detail or understanding of the support system. The client also expresses dissatisfaction with the firm's unwillingness to rectify the situation. The firm's response attempts to correct the record, stating they followed the client's instructions and that their attorney was qualified. However, the client's rebuttal maintains their dissatisfaction with the advice received, particularly regarding the effective date of a court order.
Another review describes a negative experience involving a different attorney from the firm, William Sr., who allegedly misrepresented his availability for a court date in Florida and sent a less experienced attorney in his place, despite the client paying a premium fee. This review raises concerns about honesty and the value of representation provided.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is challenging to objectively describe the typical environment and approach of Goldman Law Offices. Potential clients should consider these experiences and inquire directly about the firm's client communication practices, attention to detail, and the qualifications and availability of the attorneys who would be handling their case.
Services Offered:
The provided client reviews suggest that Goldman Law Offices handles cases related to family law, specifically child support matters, and potentially out-of-state legal representation. However, the full scope of their legal services is not explicitly stated. Based on the location and common legal needs, Goldman Law Offices might offer services in areas such as:
- Family Law: Including divorce, child custody, child support, and related issues, as indicated by one of the reviews.
- Civil Litigation: Representing clients in various types of lawsuits.
- Other potential areas: Depending on the expertise of the attorneys at the firm, they may also handle real estate law, estate planning, personal injury, or other areas of legal practice.
To obtain a comprehensive understanding of all legal services offered by Goldman Law Offices, it is essential to contact them directly and inquire about their specific areas of expertise.
Features and Strengths:
The provided client reviews do not offer clear features or strengths of Goldman Law Offices. One review mentions a "seasoned and extremely qualified" attorney in response to a complaint about a lack of understanding of the support system. However, this is the firm's own assessment in response to a negative review and does not reflect an independent endorsement of a particular strength.
The second negative review raises concerns about honesty and the firm's commitment to providing the initially represented attorney for an out-of-state court appearance. This further complicates the identification of any clear strengths based on the provided information.
Potential clients will need to conduct their own due diligence and direct inquiries to the firm to ascertain any features or strengths that align with their legal needs.
Promotional Information and Client Feedback:
The provided information does not contain any proactive promotional content from Goldman Law Offices. The client feedback consists of two negative reviews detailing significant issues with the firm's services, including alleged errors with court orders, a lack of willingness to rectify mistakes, and misrepresentation regarding attorney availability for court appearances.
These reviews serve as critical feedback that potential clients should carefully consider. The detailed accounts of negative experiences raise serious concerns about the firm's attention to detail, client communication, and ethical practices. While every case is unique, and online reviews represent individual experiences, the issues raised in these reviews warrant careful consideration and direct questioning to the firm.
Goldman Law Offices' response to one of the reviews attempts to provide their perspective on the situation. However, the client's rebuttal further reinforces their dissatisfaction. This exchange highlights the importance of thorough communication and mutual understanding between an attorney and their client.
Given the nature of the available client feedback, potential clients are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, seek additional references or reviews from other sources if available, and ask detailed questions about the firm's processes and client communication practices during an initial consultation.

An error was made in my case that has caused significant financial hardships. The error that was made was clerical; by entering an order with an incorrect effective date and an incorrect amount, the support ledger was thrown off significantly from the beginning. The attorney clearly had no idea how the support system works. Unfortunately, the error has only recently come to light through months of my own research to find it. I tried to go through the courts to have the error corrected but the appeal period and statue of limitations have both expired. When contacted, the firm was unwilling to do anything to right the wrong. I thought I had hired competent counsel, I thought wrong. **Update: In response to reply "Respectfully, allow me to correct the record. You advised our office in writing that your spouse made direct payments to you. You agreed that the arrears should reflect payment in full. We followed your instructions. Our attorney was seasoned and extremely qualified. When the Order was signed in 2019, the same day, it was emailed to you for your review and retention. WLG" Respectfully, allow me to correct your error once again. That is correct; I did advised on the payments that had been made directly to me. As a client who was new to the support system unlike your seasoned attorney, I did not realize exactly how the date of an order would affect the ledger; I relied on advise and the expertise of my attorney to have the knowledge to enter the order with the correct effective date. By entering the order in the middle the month, rather than dating it to take effect on the first of the next month, that created an 'overpayment' to the account when the correct monthly payment was made at the end of the current month. Let me be clear, there was no overpayment; the amount is a credit created by entering the order in the middle of the month. That credit has followed through the entire ledger and did not come to light until the change in support that was agreed upon in year 6 post divorce. As a result of the credit, support payments will remain inconsistent through the duration of the support order. Therefore, I respectfully disagree.
Paid for William sr to represent me. He spoke to me personally appearing like he was sympathetic of my case and situation ; Just to be in Florida for my court date. He last minute told me he was sending someone else to court who was a disheveled amateur. I still paid william sr premium and they didn’t even win the case. Dishonest and misleading to say the LEAST. Clearly my case or hard earned money weren’t important enough for him to not plan a trip to Florida where im sure he frequents.

I was treated with respect and care by everyone involved. Every question was answered and every concern was addressed. In both my cases Goldman Law was able to get me the best possible outcomes. I am thankful to know that I can count on Bill Goldman and his staff if I ever need help in the future!!
