I just wish I would have went through a different law firm . I was recommended to this one and I spoke with Chris. Chris is sounds like a great genuine person made me feel safe , and that they are fight to the fullest for me . But, it didn’t seem that way . Their been multiple times where I felt like they ghosted me and dropped my case . To me it didn’t seem like they fought the insurance company at all . They just got the minimum and moved on to the next customer. That is genuinely how I feel. I spoke to other law firms and asked for advice and a lot of them told me they could have added more to my case . I did bring this to my lawyers attention but he denied it . For the 3 years I worked with golden state comp it felt like I didn’t really get anywhere . I feel like this is a game that big corporations , insurances , and worksmen comps play . It’s very sad and upsetting .

What was even more troubling was the dismissive manner in which my questions were handled. As a Black woman, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and when I pressed for clarification, I was labeled as “abrasive” and ultimately removed as a client. This selective approach to client engagement raises serious concerns about their professionalism and commitment to treating all potential clients with equal respect. After this disappointing experience, I eventually found another firm that not only answered all my questions but also demonstrated genuine care and diligence throughout the process. They were promising the world when I signed up with them. Ghosted me for six months! In that time I was denied my benefits and fighting for my life with post parting depression. Sure everyone who works there is nice but not a single one of them communicates with the other and they are all messed up. Ryan didn’t even show up to his scheduled court date and when the judge called roll call it was so embarrassing and disheartening to hear silence on the end of my lawyer. I almost lost my unborn baby in the accident. You would think they would have fought for me but all they did was give up the case and coerce me into signing for a petty settlement that did not include any of my injured body parts. They failed me tremendously and I hope you guys are not fooled by this high rating on google on like I was!
