I have no reason to lie , about the experience with GOLDBERG , n LOREN, if someone had wrote a review that could have warned me , I wouldn't be in the situation I am because of this firm , so I'ma tell the truth again Raymond Hay of Goldberg , Loren was assigned to represent me , after 3 months Mr. Hay said he no longer wanted to represent , disappointed we , went to a status hearing that Mr Hay requested , at they phone hearing the judge removed RAYMOND HAY from my claim, well at least that's what I thought , I find out 2 yrs later that GOLDBERG N LOREN WAS NEVER REMOVED FROM MY CLAIM , N THE PHONE HEARING WAS STAGED, FROM A CONFRENCE LINE , THAT ANYONE CAN HOST FROM N THAT SOMEONE ONE THE OTHER END WAS POSING AS A JUDGE , SO UNKNOWN TO ME , WAS THE REASON I COULNT RETSIN COUNSEL , SO NOW GOLDBERG N LOREN IS CLAIMING TO HAVE WORKED ON MY CLAIM ALL THAT TIME , N EXPECT A LARGE FEE IF MY CLAIM SETTLES , WHICH IT PROBLEY WONT , WHICH IS WHAT THE INSURANCE CARRIER, WANTED HIM TO ACHIEVE TO PREVENT ME FROM RECIEVING A LARGE PAYOUT , BASICALLY MY ATTONEY FROM THIS FIRM , SET ME UP , SO THAT I COULNT RECIEVE MY COMPENSATION N IT WORKED, I STILL HAVENT BEEN COMPENSATED N BECAUSE IT SEEMS AS THO Mr. Spent so much time on my case, til this moment , no attoney, will take my claim to help me get compensated , n the worse part is that they had the help of an IA OFFERECIER , with the filing n posting of my Workers Comp claim n help with the scheduling of the fake Status hearings, n prevented my from scheduling any kind of hearing, on Dec 23 2024 I filed for a EXPERDITED HEARING ( thinking I'm UNREPRESENTED) n on Dec 29th I called to see why I hadn't heard back about the hearing n someone ( the IA OFFERECIER) went into the system n removed my request n assigned me right back to the same fake judge that had supposed to have removed Mr Hay, my own attoney from this firm , had me attend A FAKE HEARING , having him removed , only to find out he was waiting for me to settle get my check , n share it with his partner , the claims adjester, it's been 21/2 years n because my Attorney is a double agent my claim hangs in limbo , n no attoney will accept my request for legal counsel, that's the GOD HONEST TRU, EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING THIS TO GEORGE GOLDBERG , so they could remove the lien , so I could get an attoney , George shouted at me , n told m, he wasn't going to do anything about this, n hung up. You may have a better chance , but I never stood a chance my claim was doomed from the very start , he was sent by the insurance carrier , to set me up to have my compensation of $119k TOOKEN n kept for them (claims adjester n defense attorney, to split AMOUNG themselves, MY OWN ATTONEY, RAYMOND HAY, N GEORGE GOKDBERG, N THATS THE HONEST TRUTH, DONT TRUST THIS FIRM AT ALL, THEY HAD ME ATTEND A FAKE STATUS HEARING, SEVERAL TIMES , BEFORE I CAUGHT ON, DON'T TAKE THAT CHANCE N BE THANKFUL FOR REVIEWS!!! LIMBO CAUSE NO ATTONEY WANTS TO ACCEPT A CLAIM ,AFTER A ATTONEY BEEN ACTIVE FOR THAT LONG UN A CLAIM ,SO ALLEGEDLY , GOLDBERG N LOREN ,SENT AN ATTORNEY TO SET ME UP , N SABOTOGE MY CLAIM ,N ALLEGEDLY KEEP THE $119K CAUSE THEY STILL REMAIN AS ACTIVE , ONLY THEY'RE REPRESENTING MY EMOLOYER NOT ME , BUT THATS WHAT THEY WANTED , SO MY OWN ATTONEY FROM GOLDBERG N LOREN , WAS SENT TO SET ME UP BY THE Opposing PARTY ,N IT WORKED, FOR I CAN NEVER GET AN ATTONEY , BECAUSE OF THEY WAY THEY ARRANGED TO DAMIANGED MY CLAIM , N KEEP MY COMPENSATION ,GOOD LUCK WITH FIRM,!!!
