I don't do a lot of reviews, but I want to take the time for Gold & Witham. I feel like they really helped me. I worked with Nigel Witham. He did an excellent job at explaining what was happening, and what was going to happen in our case. I felt he genuinely wanted to help me. He was easy to talk to, and helped me understand what could be done about my situation. After speaking with him, I didn't feel so lost anymore. I had a direct line of contact to them any time I had questions. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time he worked on my case, AND they saved me $1,700.00 in court costs! Mr. Witham provides excellent service, very professional, knows the law and court system in and out, and answers all of my questions always got answered in a timely manner. Mr. Witham is a great lawyer and, hands down, one of the best. I just want to tell anyone who reads my review to just go with Mr. Witham and hire him as your attorney to fight your DUI case regardless of the complexities of the case, so do not waste your time looking for other lawyers. Let me tell you about Mr. Witham. Unlike some other lying DUI lawyers who promise that you will get away with DUI and gives false promises, Mr. Witham will tell you upfront that as much as he can help you with his expertise and experience, you as a client also help him by doing some work by attending as many as AA meetings in the beginning process. As I mentioned earlier, this is my second time getting DUI. On my second DUI, I blew over twice the legal limit in California by having a BAC of 0.16!! Once you blew this high and the fact that this is your second DUI, I was looking at least six months to one year DUI class and long community service hours along with dehumanizing breathalyzer on my vehicle for many, many months. Per Mr. Witham's advice, I attended close to 100 AA meetings and obtained reference letters. This effort helped me reduce my sentence from 3 months of DUI class with minimal penalties and avoid jail time. So, when Mr. Witham tells you to put in some work by attending AA meetings and getting those letters, please be proactive and get those started because it will help you down the road. Mr. Witham, right from the start, gave me peace of mind. His experience speaks for itself. I trusted him, and he followed through 100% with his word. I am very grateful for Mr. Witham and his team. I highly recommend him to anybody who has criminal charges against them and is looking to get the best outcome possible; without any doubt, Mr. Witham will assure you of that! This term is used rather loose but, Mr Gold saved my life. He is a straight forward tell you like it is attorney. He taught me a lot about my own self. With his no bs approach guided me onto the path of sobriety & positivity I've needed for sometime now. His approach may seem intimidating to some but this great man's only goal is to do the most good for his client. Money was an issue with me but with the outcome that commenced, I would pay twice as much if at all possible. No matter what your charges are, contact this man. This is not your typical law firm for DUI and related offenses. They don't specialize in volume, they specialize in taking care of each individual case with determination and pride. The approach which they take is drastically (and effectively) different than other attorneys trying these types of cases.
