Unprofessional and Dismissive – Avoid This Firm I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Gold Coast Counsel, specifically with their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. After multiple follow-ups regarding my matter, I finally received a response, but instead of acknowledging their poor communication, they labeled me as “disgruntled” for simply expecting basic responsiveness. This dismissive and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable, especially from a law firm. If they can’t even handle intake communications properly, I can’t imagine how they handle actual cases. I’ve attached a screenshot of their response so others can see exactly how they treat potential clients. I would strongly advise against working with this firm if you value professionalism, communication, and respect.
