Don’t waste your time or funds on this firm especially if you work at a certain aerospace company. I went there with a certain amount of time left to finish my OSHA complaint against the company and hired Timothy Lewis for the case he did nothing ,I even had to call and check in to see if things were going on. It was so sloppy, not one witness was contacted by this firm nor was there any communication with the client -ME. The case was thrown out of court and when I asked for copies of the contract I signed with the firm to represent me in court of course it was lost and he’s not sure if he remembers ever signing one with me. Yes I should’ve got a copy I know but you hire lawyers to trust them. You can see my case online David W Martin versus the Boeing company. Case / 2:16-cv-02797-DCN.I have emails and paper trails to back up everything I am saying it is truth. Unfortunately now I have to hire another attorney to try to right this.
I needed an attorney that would go the extra mile for my case. I found that Attorney in Mr. Timothy Lewis. I recommend Mr. Lewis to anyone that might need his service. Kudos to Mr. Lewis!
