Lynn Sirotkin is absolutely one of the best real estate lawyers in the city. She is diligent, knowledgeable, extremely responsive and one of the friendliest people you could hope to work with. She has helped us with several residential purchases and just helped us complete a very difficult commercial purchase working tirelessly to help us meet a very tight deadline. Her assistant Judy Ramirez is similarly wonderful. Can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Futterman, Sirotkin & Seinfled! Lynn Sirotkin is outstanding! 15 years ago, Lynn represented me when I purchased my first home. a Coop unit, in Queens. At that time, I was single, new to New York, had absolutely no knowledge of Coops and extremely nervous. But thanks to Lynn and her staff, the purchase went smoothly. So when my husband and I bought our first home together in the suburbs several years ago, I did not hesitate to call her firm to represent us. She did an excellent job! Last month, we sold that home and contacted Lynn. Again, she and her team of professionals did an absolutely amazing job. With Lynn at our side during the close, we knew that our interests were protected, every provision was checked and every dollar accounted for. To two old accountants, that feeling is priceless! I am glad I reached out to the offices of Futterman, Sirotkin and Seinfeld. After meeting with 5 different law firms, I was set to hire one to handle my mother's wrongful death case. My best friend suggested before I finalize my decision to contact Martin Seinfeld, as her cousin in law retained his services and was very pleased. They were the only firm that really made me feel they would fight for my case. Martin Seinfeld is a straight shooter but will always exhaust every option with his expertise to help win a case or settlement. Lynn Sirotkin is an absolute gem. Also a straight shooter-she is kind and was invaluable with helping me legally become the sole decision maker for my father, who was fully under my care after my mother's wrongful death.
