Ben Friedman is the Dissolution/Divorce Attorney you want to hire. His knowledge and his ability to assess the correct course of action gives you confidence to move forward with his firm. His court appearance and his transparent comments to the Judge are perfect. I do have to tell you I felt a little neglected after our initial conversations until I met Erica. Erica is one of his paralegals who stepped in to finish the process while Ben was busy. I hope I never have to recommend a Dissolution/Divorce Attorney to family, friends or even acquaintances. I do not recommend Ben Friedman as your attorney. His flat fee might be very tentative, but please don't fall on the trap like I did. He was horrible at communication and answering questions. I felt that Ben stressed me out more than my ex spouse during my divorce process. I hired Ben to represent me but at multiple occasions, he made me feel that he was representing my ex more than me. I didn't feel he had the best interest for me, and he wanted to close the case asap. He used my ignorance to fill my head with no sense and made me believe that the judge will not accept certain things which was not true. I felt the judge repressented me better than Ben. I have a lot to say about the worse experience I had with Ben, but to save your time I DO NOT recommend hiring him because you will be disappointed. He seems nice at the first initial contact, but after you hire him and pay the flat fee he becomes a horrible attorney. I feel obligated to write this review to help people not to do the same mistake as I did by hiring him.
