  • Terrible man... Sadistic personality. Will use hugs and all kinds of inappropriate tactics. If you are the plaintiff, please be prepared to face multiple police reports - Roger doesn’t want you to attend court hearings. Extremely lgbt unfriendly, and hates Jews and ethnic minorities. Will steal from you. Whatever you sign with Roger is not safe or confidential. He will make your life a mere hell for your own money. His wife passed away in suspicious circumstances, fell asleep next to him and never woke up. Filing false police reports is a criminal violation. He takes pictures of clients without their permission. Don’t deal with this guy unless you want to face all kinds of dirty issues. AZ State Bar is aware of the situation and is monitoring it closely. I currently have a case regarding Roger’s conduct. He failed to return my goods upon multiple requests.
  • This unprofessional, horrible attorney has caused my disabled and mentally ill, wheelchair bound and partially blind family member a great deal of emotional distress, which borders on torture. Roger has been calling us on the weekends, intimidating, disturbing and harassing our family. He was threatening me and my family with false police reports. Roger’s behavior pattern in court is all over the place. Every hearing was a circus and a lot of pressure on me and my family. As a result of this outrageous conduct I nearly died of a heart attack in February 2018, I just couldn’t take it anymore. Roger is a horrible attorney and a bad person. I am intending to sue him for intentional infliction of mental anguish and health damage.
  • Horrible attorney ! I don’t even know where to start. If you are the Plaintiff, he will aggressively victimize you to support his obsessive Napoleon’s syndrome while violating all procedural and judicial rights possible. No discovery or proper disclosure, paying the judge under the table, condescending tone and threatening Plaintiffs with police reports and violent abuse. Roger actively supports domestic violence, assault against women and LGBT; emotional abuse and encouraging suicide. He literally has blood on his hands. Having lost his one and only prostate to cancer, Roger will push the most vulnerable and disabled Plaintiffs under the train to make a measly $150 per hour which is a lie and then suffocate the plaintiff with court costs. Mr. Frazier has made my life a mere hell and forced me to sign a settlement while using weird tactics of romanticism and neuro linguistic programming. Currently there is a bunch of complaints against Roger at the State Bar of AZ and WARNING ; if you are the plaintiff, Mr. Frazier will file a ton of false police reports against you
  • Absolutely a waist of time! Was better off asking the neighbors car to represent me! Lost a very huge case dealing with incompetence.
  • No good

Promotions or Special Offers

In the legal profession, particularly for individual attorneys, traditional "promotions" or "special offers" like discounts on services are uncommon. The value in legal services is typically found in the attorney's expertise, experience, and the specific strategies they employ to resolve a client's legal issue.

For an attorney like Roger W. Frazier, any initial contact would typically involve a consultation. During such a consultation, prospective clients in Arizona would have the opportunity to discuss their case, understand potential legal avenues, and inquire about fee structures. This initial discussion allows the client to assess whether the attorney's approach and capabilities align with their needs. However, given the severe nature of the public reviews, prospective clients are strongly advised to prioritize their safety and well-being. Before committing to any legal services, it is highly recommended to seek independent verification of the attorney's current standing and any potential disciplinary actions by the Arizona State Bar. Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals

When considering legal representation, Arizona locals prioritize trustworthiness, ethical conduct, and effective advocacy. In the case of Roger W. Frazier, publicly available information, including severe customer reviews, raises significant concerns that directly impact his suitability for local clients. While his office is centrally located in Tucson at 1 S Church Ave #1900, which offers good physical accessibility, the critical issue lies in the reported conduct and professional integrity.

The reviews contain serious allegations such as sadistic behavior, inappropriate tactics, discrimination against LGBT individuals, Jews, and ethnic minorities, theft from clients, breaches of confidentiality, and the filing of false police reports. These are not minor complaints but grave accusations that question the fundamental principles of legal ethics and client trust. One client explicitly states intent to sue for intentional infliction of mental anguish and health damage due to the attorney's alleged harassment and threatening behavior. Furthermore, the explicit mention that the "AZ State Bar is aware of the situation and is monitoring it closely" indicates that these are not isolated incidents but rather part of a pattern of concern that has drawn the attention of the state's regulatory body.

For Arizona locals, particularly those seeking a compassionate, ethical, and reliable legal advocate, these reports should serve as a strong deterrent. The relationship between an attorney and client is built on trust and the assurance of professional conduct, and the allegations against Roger W. Frazier directly undermine these foundational elements. While the aim of this article is to be factual and informative, the overwhelming nature of the negative feedback and the severity of the claims presented in public reviews compel a strong recommendation for extreme caution.

Before engaging with Roger W. Frazier, Arizona residents are strongly advised to independently contact the Arizona State Bar to inquire about his current standing, any disciplinary actions, or ongoing investigations. The Arizona State Bar's Intake Department Hotline can be reached at (602) 340-7280 or (800) 319-0514 (ext. 7280), and they provide information on submitting a charge of misconduct. Ensuring that your chosen legal professional adheres to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism is paramount for your safety, well-being, and the successful resolution of your legal matters. Therefore, based on the provided public data, Arizona locals should approach any potential engagement with Roger W. Frazier with significant reservation and prioritize verifying all concerns with the relevant regulatory authorities.
