Fournaris Emmanuel G Introduce

For individuals and businesses in Wilmington, Delaware, and the surrounding areas seeking legal counsel, the "Nearby Lawyers" platform provides a directory of local legal professionals. Among these is Fournaris Emmanuel G, an attorney with an office located at 1925 Lovering Avenue in Wilmington, DE 19806. This address is situated in a residential area that also accommodates professional offices, suggesting a potentially accessible location for clients seeking legal services in a more neighborhood setting.

The building at 1925 Lovering Avenue appears to be a standalone office building or a converted residential property adapted for professional use. The environment is likely to be more intimate and perhaps less formal than a large downtown office complex. Clients visiting this location might experience a more personal and less intimidating atmosphere, which can be beneficial for those who feel apprehensive about seeking legal advice. The surrounding area, being primarily residential, may offer easier parking compared to busier commercial districts.

Based on a recent customer review, the services offered by Fournaris Emmanuel G include the drafting of operating agreements, which the reviewer found to be "okay." Operating agreements are crucial legal documents for limited liability companies (LLCs) as they outline the ownership structure, management responsibilities, profit and loss allocation, and other key operational aspects of the business. The fact that this service is offered suggests that the practice caters to business clients, at least in part.

However, the same review raises significant concerns regarding the firm's LLC forming agent service. The reviewer describes this particular service as "horrendous" and explicitly recommends using an alternative service, Harvard Business Services, citing a lower agent fee and superior customer service, particularly over the phone and email. This feedback is critical for potential clients, especially those looking to form an LLC through this firm.

A key feature of the negative experience highlighted in the review is the firm's reliance on what the reviewer terms "ancient technology," specifically mentioning mailing checks for payments, in contrast to Harvard Business Services' online payment options for agent and state fees. In today's business environment, the efficiency and convenience of online transactions are often preferred, especially for remote business owners or foreigners who may not have easy access to traditional payment methods.

The reviewer also recounts incurring "hundreds of dollars in fine per LLC" due to late payments to the Delaware state, allegedly resulting from the Fournaris firm's outdated payment processes. Late payment of state fees can indeed lead to significant financial penalties, making it a critical aspect of an LLC's compliance. This experience serves as a strong caution for potential clients, particularly those who require timely and efficient handling of administrative tasks related to their LLC formation and maintenance.

Based on this specific feedback, a significant feature to consider is the potential disparity in the quality of different services offered by the firm. While the operating agreement service was deemed acceptable, the LLC forming agent service appears to be a point of serious concern, particularly regarding efficiency, technology adoption, and the potential for incurring penalties due to administrative processes.

The reviewer explicitly advises against using this firm for individuals who run businesses remotely or for foreigners, citing the issues with payment methods and the resulting financial penalties. This suggests that the firm's processes may not be well-suited for clients who require modern, online-based solutions and seamless remote management of their business formation and compliance needs.

Given this detailed and critical review of a specific service, potential clients considering Fournaris Emmanuel G should exercise caution and seek further information about the firm's processes and capabilities in the specific legal areas they require. While the firm may offer competent legal services in areas beyond LLC formation, this review serves as a significant point of consideration, particularly for business clients.

As there are no other customer reviews provided, it is challenging to get a balanced perspective on the overall quality and range of services offered by Fournaris Emmanuel G. Local users on the "Nearby Lawyers" platform should consider contacting the office directly at (302) 652-2900 or the mobile number +1 302-652-2900 to inquire about their specific legal needs and to understand the firm's expertise, processes, and fees in those areas. It would be prudent to ask detailed questions about their administrative procedures, especially concerning business-related services like LLC formation and compliance, to ensure they align with the client's operational needs and preferences.

In conclusion, Fournaris Emmanuel G, located at 1925 Lovering Ave in Wilmington, DE, offers legal services that include drafting operating agreements. However, a recent customer review strongly criticizes their LLC forming agent service, citing issues with outdated technology, poor customer service, and resulting financial penalties due to late state payments. Potential clients, especially those operating remotely or who are foreign business owners, should carefully consider this feedback and thoroughly inquire about the firm's processes and capabilities before engaging their services. While other areas of their legal practice may be satisfactory, the experience highlighted in the review warrants caution and the need for thorough due diligence.

I got some operating agreements done here which is okay. Their LLC forming agent service however, is horrendous. I'd rather use Harvard Business Services at half the agent fee and much better customer service over the phone and email. This firm is still running on ancient technology aka Mailing/check while HBS would email you link to pay all the agent and state fee ONLINE. Late payment to Delaware state comes with large fine. I wasted hundreds of dollars in fine per LLC with Fournaris firm for that one year before changing agent. I do not recommend this firm for people who runs business remotely or foreigners.
