Succinct, and to the point, I will ALWAYS employ Forrest for any and every traffic violation. Background: Case in point, I was stopped by a trooper for crossing the white line barrier while merging into I94 from the Willow entrance. The officer gave me a warning for speeding; and a ticket for crossing the barrier. I have three young adults on my insurance policy and could not afford another rate increase. Note: I was guilty. First Contact: Spoke with Forrest, forwarded citation and paid, in advance, by credit card for his services. Informed Forrest that I was guilty. He informed me that we would meet at the courthouse. Oh No, Another Family Member Got A Ticket!: Okay, we will leave the family member nameless, but suffice it to say, my family member was WRONGFULLY cited for using a cell phone. (Note: It was not in use, it fell from the visor; and the officer happened to see it in her hand a split second after it fell.) Second Contact: Spoke with Forrest again regarding family member. Explained that, in this case, family member was absolutely positively not guilty. Sent copy of citation and paid, in advance, by credit card. Before My Court Appearance: I got an email from Forrest a few days before my court date telling me where to meet him...AND ALSO TO TELL ME THAT HE MANAGED TO GET MY FAMILY MEMBER'S TICKET REVOKED; NO NEED FOR A TRIAL. End Result: Forrest gave me a number of possibilities as to why I crossed the white lined median, but none applied. Wound up in front of a judge which seemed like 30 seconds; and I was fined, but put on probation for 6 months. The violation has been removed from my record. There ya go! If you have a traffic violation, I highly recommend Forrest Tatel.
