I retained Ashley on two different occasions for APR and an emergency situation and her guidance, professionalism, and support ultimately led to the best possible outcome with the primary focus always being on what is best for my young child which I sincerely appreciated. Where do I begin? I had the fortunate pleasure of retaining Ashley Fontana as my counsel about a year and half ago. Let me tell you, my case is very dysfunctional as I have been a single father with a 6- year old son in which whom I have been fighting for 5 & 1/2 years. I retained "a father's rights law firm", in which was THE WORSE move I had ever made Morally and Financially. I have also retained a Law firm that really did not know what they were doing and got into a parental agreement in which wasn't even explained thoroughly to me.
