  • The best attorney i have ever Dealt with. He is Knowledgeable and hardworking, will answer any question you may have right away, he won 2 of my cases so far, very reasonable pricing, will definitely recommend to everyone i know. Thank you Josh for all your hard work !!!
  • He ruined the life of his client and did so by violating his rights. Costing him his freedom and his lawsuit against the police for police brutality. He asked me to come in and speak to THE PROSECUTOR WITHOUT HIS CLIENTS KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT ON A CASE HE WASNT EVEN ON! He had no right to ask that I speak with the other side behind his clients back when I had no idea what was going on. He tricked me! He told me I was going to meet with him but when I came up to the location he gave me he said I was talking to the prosecutor and it was ok. He told me to tell The prosecutor about his clients suit with a different attorney that was not himself Mr Flowers. It wasn't Mr Flowers business to even say anything. He broke confidentiality and other laws. I was a young dumb college student. I was scared and just answered questions! The prosecutor took what I told him to court next day and used exactly what I said AGAINST Mr. Flowers and his own client. I sat in the pews mortified that he told the judge to find the client guilty so he would have a harder time or even impossible time winning his lawsuit for the injuries he had incurred. He said this. He knew this was the way to get the client sent to prison on all charges and lose his chance to get justice by telling the judge this! The corruption is that this means The prosecutor had The judge make a verdict based on a separate case not even in his jurisdiction. The judge agreed with the prosecution and found him guilty! Mr Flowers knows what he did. The client should sue him. I should. I live with guilt that I took the opportunity for a hurt person to not get justice even though I had no clue I was used. It keeps me awake at night. This man should lose his liscence and face charges. He should own up to his mistakes and correct them by filing an appeal about his own incompetence for that client. He stayed silent. He did not fix his wrongs. I stayed silent since 2015 because I was so ashamed and scared to say anything in Indiana for fear the prosecutor made or threatened him as this lawsuit regarded police and the city which could cost them and look politically damaging at a time of hightened police brutality cases. and I was terrified I would have similiar persecution if I spoke up. I moved to a different state so I feel no fear in saying what happened. It's not fair what happened. This man is an awful lawyer and what the above person said about him being silent when he shouldn't be is true. He stutters and stumbles. He's long winded and doesn't know how to effectively say things in court. It's not about the judge he literally is not a good communicator under pressure. You could tell he had no idea what to say when to say it and things that were important. Like a prosecution witness lying that there was a red protected arrow at a stop when there is no such thing at that stop light. Only green and yellow. Pictures or a video of the light were in his possession because I took them and sent them to Mr. Flowers. Easy evidence of the lies! There was construction on the left hand turn by the city so the client had to go around the construction. It would have shown reasonable doubt to catch the persecution main witness lying on the stand! he didn't say anything. Even when the client wrote it down for him to say objection he said nothing! The client told me after this himself! If anyone sees this and can help me bring this man to justice and justice for his client please do it. He deserved justice. Client Christopher r. Clark now Chris Klark on fb. I was his best friend at the time. God bless true justice. Let it be so someday.
  • He did amazing for me! I had 3 warrants and he got them all taken care of in just cpl hours with me not going to jail!!!! And got it to where I could n did get my driver license! I highly recommend him! !!! Awesome job!!
  • Flowers is friendly, answers all Questions, works hard. BUT when it comes to court he backs down, he doesnt say the things that he planned to say. He becomes shy. Hes not straight foward and hes low voiced. You dont want a lawyer like that. You want a strong voiced lawyer that knows what hes doing and doesn't back down. I dont recomend this lawyer to anyone.

  • I'd trust Flower's Law Practice to represent me in any case and I'm anything but a trusting person. Josh has helped me out numerous times. I get into odd situations on the net that most lawyers can't understand, but not this one. This ones a gem.

This article provides an overview of Flowers Law Practice, based on publicly available information and client reviews, to help local users in Indiana understand more about this legal service provider.

Flowers Law Practice aims to offer legal services to clients in various areas. As with any professional service, client experiences can vary, and understanding these perspectives is crucial for making an informed choice.

Client feedback regarding Flowers Law Practice presents a stark contrast, with one highly positive review and several deeply concerning ones.

A positive review states: "The best attorney I have ever dealt with. He is Knowledgeable and hardworking, will answer any question you may have right away, he won 2 of my cases so far, very reasonable pricing, will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thank you Josh for all your hard work !!!" This review highlights positive attributes such as knowledge, hard work, responsiveness, affordability, and successful outcomes.

However, a detailed negative review raises very serious allegations and concerns: "He ruined the life of his client and did so by violating his rights. Costing him his freedom and his lawsuit against the police for police brutality." The reviewer claims Mr. Flowers "asked me to come in and speak to THE PROSECUTOR WITHOUT HIS CLIENTS KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT ON A CASE HE WASNT EVEN ON! I was scared and just answered questions!"

The review continues, "The prosecutor took what I told him to court next day and used exactly what I said AGAINST Mr. Flowers and his own client. I sat in the pews mortified that he told the judge to find the client guilty so he would have a harder time or even impossible time winning his lawsuit for the injuries he had incurred. He said this. The corruption is that this means The prosecutor had The judge make a verdict based on a separate case not even in his jurisdiction. The judge agreed with the prosecution and found him guilty!"

The reviewer concludes with strong condemnation: "Mr Flowers knows what he did. This detailed review alleges severe breaches of professional conduct, including confidentiality violations, lack of client consent, misleading a witness, and incompetence in court that allegedly led to a client's wrongful conviction and loss of a police brutality lawsuit.

This address places the firm within the vibrant downtown core of Indianapolis, which is generally well-served by major roadways and public transportation. Being in a central business district can offer convenience for clients who work downtown or have easy access to public transit routes. Clients planning a visit should consider downtown parking options, which may involve garages or street parking, and confirm directions if they are unfamiliar with the immediate area.

Based on the provided information, including the contrasting client reviews, the specific and comprehensive range of services offered by Flowers Law Practice is not entirely clear. One review mentions successful outcomes in "2 of my cases so far," without specifying the type of cases. The highly critical review details a criminal defense case and a civil lawsuit related to police brutality. Therefore, the services can be inferred to include general legal representation, possibly within criminal defense and civil litigation.

  • General Legal Representation: This broad category would include advising clients on various legal matters.
  • Criminal Defense: Based on the highly critical review, the firm has handled criminal defense cases, including those involving alleged police misconduct.
  • Civil Litigation: The mention of a "lawsuit against the police for police brutality" suggests involvement in civil litigation, potentially personal injury or civil rights cases.
  • Legal Consultation: Providing initial discussions to assess a client's needs and outline potential legal strategies.

Based on the provided, highly contrasting customer reviews, the "features" and "highlights" of Flowers Law Practice reflect both positive and significant negative feedback. It is crucial to present both perspectives factually.

  • Allegations of Incompetence in Court (as per detailed negative review): The same critical review claims Mr. Flowers displayed poor communication under pressure, "stutters and stumbles," was "long winded," and failed to effectively present crucial evidence, which allegedly led to negative case outcomes.

Legal practices, especially smaller firms, generally do not advertise promotional deals in the same way retail businesses might. Clients interested in engaging Flowers Law Practice should directly inquire about their fee arrangements during an initial consultation. For locals in Indianapolis and the surrounding Indiana region seeking legal representation, Flowers Law Practice presents a complex and contrasting profile. On one hand, a positive review highlights responsiveness, knowledge, hard work, reasonable pricing, and successful outcomes, which are certainly desirable qualities in an attorney. This suggests that some clients have had very satisfactory experiences with the firm.

On the other hand, a highly detailed and severe negative review raises critical concerns about professional ethics, communication, client consent, and competence in court, alleging actions that led to detrimental outcomes for a client. These allegations, if true, represent serious breaches of legal and ethical standards and could significantly undermine a client's trust and legal position.

The convenient downtown Indianapolis location offers practical accessibility. However, for locals considering Flowers Law Practice, it is absolutely paramount to conduct thorough due diligence. It would be advisable to explicitly discuss the serious concerns raised in the negative review during any consultation, seek clarification on the firm's practices regarding client communication and consent, and perhaps seek independent verification or additional references. Given the stark contrast in client experiences, prospective clients must carefully weigh the positive attributes against the severe allegations to determine if this firm is suitable for their specific and sensitive legal needs.
