If I could give this law firm negative stars I would! This has to be the worst law firm I came across. Elizabeth and Steven received our case in July 2023 and as of February 2025 we have nothing to show for it. I am not sure if it is because of how I look but they do not prioritze "certain" cases at all. It took this law firm from July 2023 to July 2024 to gather all of our paper to submit a claim to the insurance company. From July 2024 up until last week we were told that the insurance company had all of our paper work and the process takes time. We were told multiple times that our case would be settled in various months (i.e. October, November, December, January, and even this month in February) before we asked to be released! After speaking to the claims adjuster I am completely disgusted on how Fink & Hayes handled our cased. The insurance adjuster let me know that my documents were sent to him in January 2025. He is still in need of more documents to even begin to try to settle my case. I was also told by Elizabeth that she was reaching out to the adjuster several times but only received his voicemail. Today the adjuster let me know that he called Elizabeth several time to request for more documents and never received any correspondence. As an added bonus in all of this I have the chiropractor that Steven referred me to calling and texting me several times per day to insist that I stick it out with Fink & Hayes because Steven settled his son's cases 6 months ago. Maybe if I was friends with Steven or sending him clients he would have prioritize my case to get it settled in a timely manner. Elizabeth and Steven do not take into considerations their clients best interest. Trust me when I say if you are ever involved in a car wreck this is not the law firm you want handling your case.

Fink and Hayes, attorneys at Law, should be held accountable for fraud and should not be allowed to practice law in the United States. I trusted Steve because he claimed to have connections that could alter my accident report, leading me to believe he was legitimate. However, it became clear that Fink and Hayes were not acting in their clients' best interests. Despite their promises, they never intended to take the case to court and failed to follow proper procedures for a potential trial. This left me with no recourse to correct the situation, even if I sought new legal representation. It is apparent that Fink and Hayes prey on cases that require minimal effort and have no intention of pursuing justice in a court of law. Their lack of communication, evasiveness, and failure to uphold their responsibilities have left me feeling deceived and abandoned. Their unprofessional behavior and disregard for their clients' well-being warrant serious consequences. To be clear, Elizabeth ,Lynda and Steve all told me that they were filing for arbitration with the intent on going to try and it would take 10 months that was 10 months ago after they read my review they called me and told me that my case was never filed, and that they had already told me that which they never told me and if they did tell me, why would I continue to call them and then not answer the phone and ignore me? Spoke to the new lawyer, who told me that if their intention were to go to trial, they would’ve followed certain procedures for that to take place which never has been done so they never intended to help me. The lawyer said he has worked in Charlotte for over 30 years and never seen Fink or Hayes in a courtroom. I attempted to seek resolution by reaching out to them, only to be met with silence and locked doors at their office. Their lack of accountability and refusal to address my concerns further demonstrate their unethical practices. I urge for Fink and Hayes to be stripped of their license to practice law and face appropriate legal repercussions for their fraudulent actions. They have deprived me of my right to a fair trial and compensation for my losses and injuries. Justice must be served to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices.
