I do not recommend him... he was suppose to take on my case and send it to Brad Weinberg which was OK. I paid 250 first court then 250 again because they stated they needed it before so they can send the State attorney a letter. After that they asked me for another 250 for him to go to court for me just for them to give me another court date which they were suppose to settle it that day. Now they are asking me for another 250 which I'm fine with but I don't get paid till the day after court and told them they can write a letter or something saying they will receive their money that morning. Instead of helping me he told me to go to court and get another court date. You would think after paying him 750 for traffic court he would of helped me but no. Worst lawyer I ever had. DO NOT GO WITH HIM! HE IS MONEY HUNGRY HE DOES NOT TRY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CASE!!!!!

About Feldman Robert N
For individuals in Chicago searching for legal representation through platforms like 'Nearby Lawyers,' Feldman Robert N is a legal professional located at 4204 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60632, USA. The presence of a legal service in this specific location suggests a focus on serving the surrounding communities and making legal assistance accessible to those in the southwest side of Chicago. When considering any legal service, particularly through a 'Nearby Lawyers' category, it is important to objectively evaluate all available information, including publicly shared client experiences.
The environment of Feldman Robert N's practice, situated at 4204 S Archer Ave, implies a local presence within the Archer Heights neighborhood. As is typical for law offices, the expectation would be a professional setting designed for client consultations and legal work. However, specific details about the interior, amenities, or general atmosphere are not publicly detailed. The location on Archer Avenue suggests accessibility for local residents, potentially benefiting from proximity to various community hubs and transport links. While the exact setup of the office is not known, legal environments typically aim to provide a confidential space for discussing sensitive matters. The overall experience within the office environment can significantly impact a client's comfort and willingness to openly discuss their legal needs. Without further information, an objective assessment of the physical environment can only be based on its reported address.
Based on the provided client review, a significant service offered by Feldman Robert N appears to be related to traffic court cases. The review explicitly mentions "traffic court" and interactions with the State Attorney, suggesting that the firm assists clients with various traffic-related legal issues, which could include but are not limited to, speeding tickets, reckless driving charges, license suspension issues, and other moving violations. For many individuals, navigating traffic court can be complex and intimidating, making the assistance of a legal professional valuable. While the review focuses on traffic court, it's possible that a legal professional operating in Chicago might also handle other general practice areas relevant to local residents, such as misdemeanors, or provide general legal advice. However, without additional information, the primary service area highlighted by the available data is traffic defense. Services in this area would typically involve representing clients in court, negotiating with prosecutors, and advising on the best course of action to mitigate penalties or resolve charges.
When assessing the features of Feldman Robert N's legal service, it is important to consider the functionality and client experience. The firm provides direct contact through phone at (773) 579-6563 and a mobile phone at +1 773-579-6563, indicating accessibility for communication. However, the provided client reviews offer critical insights into perceived features from a user perspective. One review explicitly states, "I do not recommend him... he was suppose to take on my case and send it to Brad Weinberg which was OK. HE IS MONEY HUNGRY HE DOES NOT TRY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CASE!!!!!" This review highlights concerns about the fee structure, perceived lack of progress in the case despite payments, and responsiveness to client financial situations. Another review mentions a "bad mood" from the person who answered the phone, characterized by an unhelpful demeanor ("if you want, if not, no way"). These features, as perceived by clients, relate directly to the firm's communication style, client care, and financial transparency. While these are individual experiences, they provide a perspective on operational aspects that potential clients might consider important.
Promotional information for Feldman Robert N, if it were to be presented on a 'Nearby Lawyers' platform, would ideally aim to attract clients by highlighting its services and accessibility. However, given the nature of the provided reviews, any objective promotional content would need to be considered alongside the publicly available client feedback. Traditionally, promotional content for legal services would emphasize areas of expertise, client success stories, competitive fee structures, and commitment to client satisfaction. For Feldman Robert N, a common promotional approach would be to clearly state the types of cases handled, such as traffic violations, and highlight the convenience of its Chicago location on Archer Ave. The availability of phone contact would be noted as a point of accessibility. For any firm, testimonials are a powerful promotional tool; however, in this specific case, the existing public testimonials indicate significant client dissatisfaction regarding fees and perceived efficacy. Any promotional material would need to carefully navigate how it presents the firm's value proposition, potentially addressing common client concerns or emphasizing aspects of service delivery not covered by the negative reviews. The standard promotional narrative for a 'Nearby Lawyer' would focus on being a trusted local resource, emphasizing personalized attention and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients. However, the existing reviews suggest a potential disconnect between such standard promotional ideals and actual client experiences, particularly concerning financial management and client support.
