My brother died in 2021and had a trust created by this law firm.I was the sole beneficiary.You would have thought that they would have had the courtesy of meeting with me in person to explain things to me like what was in the trust and what wasn't but they weren't able to do that.Everything was communicated via Email a suboptimal for of communication. The paralegal was having me pay 8K in probate costs on money that wasn't subject to probate ,I had to tell her.I wouldn't recommend this company.

Willam Erhart explained what services they would provide. He made me aware that I would be required to provide a great deal of information to complete this process. He present a fee schedule showing the cost. He offered me the opportunity to compare his services against other firms. I chose not to and accepted his terms. My relationship with Estate & Elder Law (E & EL) began back in 2011 during the creation of my father's will, advanced directive and power of attorney. The preparing attorney was amazing and left no stone unturned during the process. She took out all of the guesswork to ensure that my father's final wishes were granted. In 2015, my father was diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson's disease. We again turned to the law offices of E & EL to assist in the Medicaid process and VA pension application. I was fortunate enough to work with the same attorney that had prepared my father's will. She was so incredibly polite, concerned and genuinely cared about my father and made the process as easy as possible for myself. All deliverables that she needed from me were clearly laid out, explained and had clear timelines as to their due dates. During the Medicaid application process, our attorney had decided to focus on her family and left the E & EL firm. Clearly nervous, anxious and concerned as to who would replace the attorney that we had a long history with, we met Elizabeth. Elizabeth not only met expectations, but exceeded them. She never missed a beat, and the transition went incredibly smooth. This past February, my father passed away, succumbing to the diseases after a long 5 year battle.
