Natalie and her team were great to work with! Natalie and Heather, both very personable, welcoming, and answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel senseless or shame me for any questions I had. I had knowledge of the NC tenant laws as I've been in the property management business and Natalie assisted me with questions and concerns regarding my case. This team kept in touch to ensure I was satisfied with the process and the case once it was taken care of. I highly recommend Natalie for any issues you may have. I can say that the quality in their services are exceptional and I highly recommend!

Extremely rude office staff. I emailed through their website about 2 weeks ago regarding a trademark question. No response. Called today and got a return call from someone filling in for Natalie's assistant. She was RUDE. Would not let me get a word in, told me she had "no idea what I was talking about" when I tried to explain my situation to be passed on to Natalie. She simply told me the cost for 1 hour consultation and she'd let Natalie know incase she "wanted to call me back." Then hung up on me before we even said goodbye. I will not be wasting one more second of my time and one penny of my money with this firm.

Natalie Potter is an excellent civil litigation attorney, specifically in the areas of employment, copyright and trademark, and insurance disputes. While we are usually adversaries, I find her professionalism refreshing, and I wish more attorneys would follow her lead on how they handle their cases.
