This place is a “RED flag” for me and potential clients. Beware of any attorney that has filed a “motion to be relieved”, as conveyed. If a party has filed a “Motion to be Relieved” like this place admits then run because according to the person I spoke with it doesn’t matter why. It’s a RED FLAG. I have close relations with attorneys and they say the same thing. Judge will grant the attorney motion overwhelmingly. Run. Attorneys can say anything they want and get relieved. You will need to start all over with a reputable attorney that understands the client might be in the right you’re screwed. And attorneys know it. They can make up excuses like we’re not getting along. And the Judge will grant even though you spent all your time and money. It takes attorneys 5 minutes to file and you’re gone. EXTREMELY BAD FOR THE CLIENT This company could care less about the facts. The person I spoke with can’t even recall what was said 5 minutes ago and then tries to say that it was your fault for not telling him what you just answered 5 minutes ago. Certainly, my impression is no one needs a person representing them in any capacity that can’t recall what was said 5 minutes ago. So if you experience an attorney that filed a motion to be relieved then don’t bother. Because this company admitted they won’t take your case if that has happened to you the client. RED FLAGS work both ways. Run. Apparently, they only care about $$$$ and that they get paid no matter what the situation is and how good or bad they represented the generic client. I can only imagine they will blame you the client should anything happened. This was a horrible call. Buyer beware. RED FLAGS “All attorneys are honest” mantra
