Someone from Patel office had got in contact with me for some reason. Patel passed my case over to this law firm.Elma Joseph Law Group, LLC they not reaching out to me for me to sign papers be my mother and sister and so we barely heard from them. We had to keep calling them asking what’s going on with the case. I always talk to a different assistance we end up going to a little small claim we won the claim. Their assistant told us that we was gonna cut us a check in December which we never got we end up calling down, keep calling and Assist. We always talk to mostly never ever talk to the lawyer. The assistant told us that they was going back to court because they did not want to pay the money and give us an ongoing thing since 2018 so Tucker Lawyer withdrew from his case it was a back-and-forth thing and so another Lawyer we had two different cases going on and we were telling the lawyer about the other case Concern concerning the same case, the lawyer told us to go to the Case, his assistant and let them know what’s going on instead of him coming to court the judge told us to tell our lawyer to come to court now all of a sudden They wanna sue my assurance company and now they saying the statutory day has expired and my thing is y’all are lawyers you didn’t know none of this And sending us papers because they want excuse, they sell from the Case saying something different for what they told us unprofessional Don’t send us no paper or what’s going on with each case and not showing up for another case It makes me think that they got paid. Why with your assistance say the check would be cut We never got it
