If you have a case for medical negligence or malpractice, I highly suggest seeking out another attorney. Joshua Schwartz knew exactly what happened with my son and took over 16 months to advise me that I didn't have a case. In this time frame, there was little to no communication and everytime they were called, he wouldn't get back to me. When he did get back to me, he would provide me with the same information he already did. He will make you believe that you don't have a legal case if it's not something easy like a "shortened cervix. " They will lead you on to believe that they will take your case. Do not waste your time or energy when a case has been proven by multiple obgyns. His expert is extremely difficult to get ahold of and they did not throughouly review my medical records. They never set up a call, zoom, meeting or anything. They investigated my case based off their paralegal Taylor who didn't even write the correct information the first time. Their paralegal is so incompetent that she couldnt even retreive my medical records and it is apart of her job. Its highly disappointing that I had this experience considering they were recommended by another attorney through family. Rest assured, another lawyer has already picked up our case while I waited for you to tell me you weren't taking my case. I think that you guys really need to work on your communication and if your only taking easy lawsuits, just say that. Thank you for wasting 17 months of my life while my son is critically ill in the hospital. THEY LIED about the statue of limitations as well, I insisted they were wasting my time and I had two years and they lied and told me I had until my son was 13. You guys are truly awful. I hope that other people are mindful before choosing to let you waste their time.

Save your precious time and go to a lawfirm that will take even the easiest of cases seriously. Wasted over a year as we begged for communication and getting almost zero real information. A year later they say they're not interested in the case and what their client went through that was so horrific the CEO of the hospital sent a very specific apology certified letter for the poor quality of care she received leading to a-lot of damage and my mother being left blind in one eye, not able to drive or work at all. The surgeon in this case even admitted to hitting her artery in surgery causing a stroke that he admitted to after she was brought back and suffered a seizure due to being sent home directly from the ICU with that stroke active less then 24 hours after a major procedure without seeing a step down unit as we begged them not to send her home. This is 10% of it and these guys still called seemingly siding with the hospital and sounding like they were defending the hospital and not my mother. If you care about your loved ones definitely choose another lawfirm cause they don't care at all.

Everyone in the firm was absolutely great and always kept me positive when the opposing insurance company filed bankruptcy. They were able to find out through a lot of hard work and research that my company which had sold to another company had a huge under insured motorist policy that we were able to collect on. I highly recommend the law firm to anyone who has a difficult case. They always made themselves available to answer any question or concern I had.

I am very pleased with our cooperation! And since I live outside the United States, all matters were solved without problems online. Special thanks to Todd and Hannah for answering all my questions and clarifying.

We have referred a number of catastrophic cases to the firm, and the results have been beyond our expectations. This is important because it is further justification to the client why we referred the case. The team is outstanding.
