If she is set as your Guardian At Latham. Just know the first words out of her mouth to me was , I am not willing to take child out of a mothers home no matter what . And also know in the very beginning of the court case as a parent. You have the right to request a Different GAL. I suggest you do. After all she even stated in her final report the man my little girl is living with was so Abrasive to her that she had to hang up on him while doing her investigation. An unbelievably bad experience. She came to mediation unprepared, asking for paperwork from me and never looked at the documentation she had me prepare, which took me hours. She left me worse off than before her firm convinced me to hire her. An absolute waste of time and money.
