Excellent video, very informative, Tom does a great job explaining the different issues. He is sharp, crisp gets right to the point and does not flounder around. His best statement is "think seriously and be very careful at what you are doing". He also has a good sense of humor when it is needed.
Tom, As always your information is great and informative. A good blend of seriousness and humor that tells the story. Even though some questions keep coming up it never hurts to hear your response again and remind us how important it is to be reminded and remember. Never to old or to good to stop learn. Tom's knowledge and insights that he shares with USCCA members on their monthly webinar are very useful to me personally. He has helped me to better understand the principles involved during force on force incidents. He is very careful to state that the laws in every state can differ and that we should do our own homework, but he does offer very insightful and useful information regarding the laws and legal processes involved when or if a legally armed citizen becomes involved in a self defense situation.
Your instantaneous responses to the wide variety of questions presented are, to say the least, awe inspiring. It seems to me that your knowledge base is more vast and in the words of my favorite animated TV character, "You're smarter than the average bear." You do not seem to get shaken or stumped and this alone builds a level of confidence that is hard to defeat. I appreciate all you and everyone at USCCA do to keep your constituency informed, educated, and as up to date on the ever changing 2A issues as humanly as possible.
